Elsbells · 19/10/2007 17:57

Just been to a toddler's party and feel exhausted. They have far too much energy.

My DD is asleep - for now.

Are you 2 ok? Any grand plans for the weekend?

riabutterflew · 19/10/2007 17:57

had a drs appt this afternoon but when i got there they said the dr had been called out and was running at least 30mins late (they don't usually say, just leave you sitting there). I cancelled and go again after the hols. hope I don't get told off (it was my two week AD follow up)

DH is frying onions and peppers for lasagne, it smells gorgeous.
went to mcDs for tea, it wasn't gorgeous.

Ria do you ever wonder how such little people can create soooo much laundry. It's insane.

How are you tablets? Are you feeling better? I hope things do pick up.

What is a holiday again? Am envious

justbeme · 19/10/2007 18:02

No nothing planned
DP is currently finishing off the bathroom and also started his next project of knocking down the current utility room wall and moving it further down the garage - so I'll end up with a utility room large enough for my chinese laundry and ironing.

riabutterflew · 19/10/2007 18:04

is it something i said?

will also be decorating pumpkins for the local competition. DS1 bought a squash to transform into a dalek! I got ds2 the biggest pumpkin in tesco cos they were only 99p - he's never done one before.

might watch the rugby?

Cocobear · 19/10/2007 18:29

MyGod. [Rubs eyes] How did you people get to 400 posts in under 3 days??? I am hugely impressed. I've been lurking over on the Living Abroad section. It takes like two months to get a thread this long. Granted, many of us having dodgy third world internet connections (but then I had that problem in south London as well!).

Sputnik · 19/10/2007 18:33

Hi again Cocobear. And this has been a quiet few days. Are you still in W. Africa?

fairyfay · 19/10/2007 18:42
