i know how you feel tallulah, my DH used to work away for long periods and even though I missed him loads i'd get annoyed at the untidiness when he got back.

God bringing up baby is horridible. They are starving those wee twins, just so they can get an evening drinking beer! and Claire Verity just admitted that there was an element of cruelty in her methods.

I'm starting to think that both she and Channel 4 should be bloody arrested

So, who'll be vetoing huggies then, for being "proud" to sponsor mild child cruelty?

Ahh, tis bollocks. Yay! The '50s won - the child slept through. Now can CV please fark off.

T - yes, don't be surprised irritates the arse of you. My DP used to waltz in expecting us to be pleased to see him, when infact, we just found he got in the way, made noise, a mess...etc. Takes a day or two to love them again!!

LO only put on 6oz in 2 weeks (which is an improvement on the 3oz in the previous 2 weeks), so had dropped from 50th to 25th centile. But as I pointed out, weight gain might be slow, but its not as slow and has, infact, doubled. I think I got away with it.

I've just e-mailed huggies to ask why they are "proud" to advocate the deliberate starvation then force feeding of small babies . I'm now officially boycotting kimberely clarke products (which gives me a bit of a dilemma as no-one else makes pyjama pants )
