the wireless usb isn't working...no blue flashing light, and if you click on it on the desktop or in the start menu, the screen comes up for a second and then disappears again. A friend suggested that I reinstall it, so I uninstalled the program, thn tried to reinstall it using the disc for the hub/router ....I'm not very computer literate (you can tell can't you). Anyway that put the router out too ad my DH got that working again, but when he got the correct install disc for the usb thingy disc and tried to run the installation, it says it needs to uninstall the exisitng. when uninstallation is complete it takes you back to the muenu....when you click install, it goes through the above steps again and is just going round in circles with itself.

I've tried it with the usb both connected and unconnected and I've tried using the uninstall in the startup menu but it's still there.
I think i need to take it to a shop to let someone see it!
