thankyou for all your kind words, i am still . C.I.D came over last night with mugshots, couldn't spot the bastards though.
was an incubus concert sol, sure you most probably don't have a clue who they are, but i used to work with them when they were just a support act, i didn't think they would rember me, but they did.

pesha and ellie glad you to had a good time together.

mammyjo · 01/10/2007 10:57

Runny, hope you feel better soon. I had something like that a couple of weeks ago and it turned out to be a 24 hour thing. Hopefully you will be ok by tomorrow xx

Nutty, how are E and dh now? Hope the doc arrives soon.

SPB, lol at "are you pregnant"!! Assuming that your dh would be happy if you were No more for me!

Hello leaky! See, once you venture back into the fold you wont be able to leave!!

My dh is away until tomorrow evening so hoping I can remain relatively stress free! As long as I get some sleep I will be fine. F woke me 4 times last night which is an improvement, so hoping tonight will be better again >>

Morning CD F had three meals for the first time yesterday and last night was definitely better than the previous two, so am hoping the food is the reason! Will try her with three meals again today and see how we get on!

CaptainDippy · 01/10/2007 11:11

mammyjo · 01/10/2007 12:20

Well I have never heard of them

mammyjo · 01/10/2007 12:25

Have emailed you back again CD. Cheque will be on its way this afternoon

Idreamofchocolate · 01/10/2007 12:54

Hello hello.

Having a catch-up as S is asleep. She too seems to be a bit poorly today, lots of crying, bottom-lip wobbling and generally feeling sorry for herself, poor little lamb. Have given her some Calpol and tucked her up in bed and am hoping she has a good long sleep as that seems to be what she needs. Deffo not her normal happy little self today.

KHIN - what complete bastards, that would royally piss me off too. (and I would have loved to have seen a pic of you touching that guy's arse, he is totally delish!). At least you are OK, that is the main thing.

Nutty - hope Erin & DH are recovering. I can remember Emily having the vomity bug thing when she was a baby. I took her down to the Drs where she promptly vom'ed all over the waiting-room carpet. I was given the same advice, i.e. don't let her get dehydrated. Dr gave me some rehydration stuff (Dioralyte?), which of course Emily spat back in my face. I would say, if you are still worried get yourself down to A&E, as it is very very scarey seeing them being sick over & over.

Eddas - sorry you had a shite night too. And pants to the (lack of) weight loss.

Had a lovely birthday yesterday. Went to the pub for a roast, washed down with lots of red, and topped of with apple crumble & ice cream. Yum. Back on the diet today . And have a huge birthday cake sitting here that needs to be finished off. What a dilemma.

Bah, S has woken up. Sod it.......

mmk · 01/10/2007 13:11

Nuty, how is Erin now?

I must say that both Aden and especialy Rachel were very pukey babies. Rachel voms part of every feed, and about once a day, has a good chuck up! (she is now 16llb)Aden used to just chuck up once a day or so. Don't be alarmed, they have lots of antibodies, and nature is doing it's job.

Calpol is good because whatever is causing it will make her feel bad, and Calpol will make her better.

SkooterIsHomeAlone · 01/10/2007 13:16

BOO!
just popping in quickly while on lunch to say hi, got back really late last night but will try to get on tonight
head still mush after having a few drinks on saturday night so may not make much sense tho

will change my nickname back later too

mammyjo · 01/10/2007 13:21

Hi Ellie, glad you got back safely, especially after your nightmare journey to get there. We have already heard about your drinking

Afternoon mmk and IDOC. Glad you had a good birthday

nappynuttynormabutty · 01/10/2007 13:22

Right well doc has finally been and says to just give her water for 2 days then start to reintroduce milk. (Cheeky git also gave us a lecture about how they don't normally do home visits unless you're elderly or infirm...was a bit how was I meant to get there...with a sick dh and baby)

mammyjo · 01/10/2007 13:49

Nutty, glad you got to see the doc. What he told you is not true though. As far as I know the home visits are meant for those who are unable, or simply too unwell, to attend the surgery. Think you qualify on both counts! He was probably narked at having loads of visits to do and wanted to get back for coffee!!

Ellie, I am back to my mei tai questions again. I remember you buying a mei tai on ebay a while ago. Can you remember who the seller was? I want to buy one but there are a few different ones to choose from, and I know you were happy with yours, so would buy from the same person if I could. Sorry, bit rambly, but you get the idea

mmk · 01/10/2007 13:53

nutty- stupid Dr, isn't that just the LAST thing you need, with sick DH, vom-ing baby, etc..helpful little lecture from Dr. Well excuse us for pointing this out, but it is part of their job to tend the sick. (Not just in the surgery I believe).
Maybe the Hypocratic oath has changed, and they are only responsible for caring for the sick during desk time then??
