Who knows, in the world of ds1!!

Jas · 30/09/2007 21:38

Highly unlikely, as it sounds too girly But when the move finally happens, dd2 will move to the top bunk, and would love it

Flamesparrow · 30/09/2007 22:12

Awww - I want it!

OP posts:
Jas · 01/10/2007 07:13

Do you want it? Or do you want it for your dd? If B wants it, she can have it, otherwise its dd2. They don't fit on double beds you know

mustrunmore · 01/10/2007 07:45

Well, I dont want to cause a punch up, but dh bought it me for our double bed (in the old flat, when our room was purple) Its big!! And far too much money; he has this thing about spending alot on one item, when I'd rather have had lots of little things that I actually wanted! Well, fight it out between yourselves girls.

I've finished the dh xms shopping bTW, went a bit over the £7 but only by less than £1. Will add up properly later.

Flamesparrow · 01/10/2007 08:04

Can you seriously see me putting something dangling and climb uppable in a room with Emrys? I meant meeeeeeeeee.

I'm not going to snatch prettiness from a child's hand, I'm not that mean

Dodgy dvd... 2.99
Phrenology china head/palmists hand... both off freecycle!
xmas ale and glass in a tube...£3...
G&B choc with a free little one too...£1.48

47p over budget

mustrunmore · 01/10/2007 08:06

Flame, yo could sew s0me kind of platform into it, like monkeys climb on in the zoo

Flamesparrow · 01/10/2007 08:13

Eat a couple of the chocolates to bring you back in

I've just had Lewis weighed at the clinic and he's now 28lb 9oz and he had his pcv booster too.

He's just banged his face on the wall outside while i was talking to my friend, and it marked straight away and he now has a big purple lump on the side of his face

I've just noticed the underwire is sticking out of my bra. I so hope it wasn't sticking out of my top while i was talking to my friend

Flamesparrow · 01/10/2007 18:30

Granddad's gone Cried a bit, slept a bit, now very very busy under orders

OP posts:
Jas · 01/10/2007 18:38

Flame.

Jas · 01/10/2007 18:40

Also Poor Lewis. Is he ok now?

Dare I ask is there any news on the washing machine mrm?

mustrunmore · 01/10/2007 19:50

Oh, Flame, I'm so sorry

Phoenix; that happened to me once on a long trip with my Dad . He said he noticed it when we stopped at the services, but assumed it was headphone antennae of some sort!!??!!

Jas, just dont ask. In summary.... 3 phonecalls over two days, plus one email confirimng (uopn my request), all said dthat yes, the machine was still ordered even though the reomoval of the old one was cancelled. Spoke to them today... a)very sorry, you should've got the same service on a sunday as any other day, dont know why we said we couldnt help when you called b)sorry, your oder has actually been cancelled. Even though it showed up as dispatched on my account online and I was told 4 times that it was still ok.
So, had to refund and reorder, refunds take a few days, so we'll go over drawn as at some point there'll be 2 lots of £350 out, just like when they failed to deliver our groceries that time, remeber? And, they wouldnt give me anymore than my delivery charge back , even though we spent 40 mins on hold to them. Luckily my friend is visitning on Fri, so she'll wait in while I do the nursery run each time, else there wouldnt have been a weekend slot again for a few weeks
Dh phoned them back and had a huge complaining session, but I doubt they'll do anything. They keep saying 'its the couriers, not us'. But dont even start me on that exxcuse!

had a lovelyvisit from csws today , who wa sthoroughly shocked at ds1's behaviour

Phoenix · 01/10/2007 20:01

Flame

Yes Jas he's fine. He'd not had a nap so cos he was tired i think he cried more than he normally would. I let him go to sleep and when he woke up it didn't look as bad without all the tears round it. The lumps gone down and there's just a small bruise.

We went to Ikea and got a wardrobe, drawers andbedside table The bedside table is plastic so easy to put together, i've half put the drawers together and i'm doing the wardrobe tomorrow

mustrunmore · 01/10/2007 20:06

ah, I knew it's be mammut before I clicked! I used to covet that range soo much. But now I'm happy with my freecycle stuff actually There's no point in spending money on these hooligans til they're a bit older BTW, I had sympathy for his poor injury too, just forgot to say so, sorry

CountessPHOENIXula · 01/10/2007 21:28

BOO!!!!!!!

Did my halloween name scare you???

Frizbe · 01/10/2007 22:08

Ooooh righty time for Halloween names is it, must get onto that in a sec

Phoenix, glad you had fun at Meadowhell dd1 needs a re measure, I was thinking of taking her to John Lewis in Nottm, as know they do start-rite there, I just have to brave my kinda ex mil, as she runs the blinking department (I used to live with her son when I was 21! it only lasted a year) she was never that keen on me and still glares at me when I go in
Like the Ikea stuff too, have been tempted to get the pink version here, but dh says no, as dd1 would want it too......

Flame and {{{Hugs}}} thinking of ya

MRM I won't fight for the purple thing, dd2 would try to climb it here
What a pita re your washing machine, hope you get some recompense, might be worth a watchdog moment?

Glad you had a good night out CSWS, sending you lots of baby vibes, Ooooooommmmmmmmmmm

Had a good weekend, launched our new name webiste for the larp thing www.ascendancylrp.co.uk if anyone wants a look.
Spent today placing various orders and luckily dh had the day off normal work, as when the shop delivery arrived with some of the fittings, only one bloke with it, so if dh hadn't been around I'd have been lugging 21 blinking slatwall boards into the shop silly suppliers.

Frizombie · 01/10/2007 22:10

There we go, all spooked up!

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 01/10/2007 22:12

flame. RIP grandad .

Thank you for a lovely day mrm. ds1 wasn't that bad, just not the lovely little boy that I'm used to seeing! Glad dh likes the dvd stuff. Did you really think we'd have something that wasn't the bees knees ?
Just for you I've deleted a load of stuff from my ebay watch list this evening.

Frizombie · 01/10/2007 22:20

CSWS like the name

Oh and another thing, dd2 did her 1st day in toddlers today and someones already taken home her coat had lots of missing clothing bother with dd1 when she was in that room, so am not happy with nursery (stuff like oh she wee'd in her trousers, when training, then I never saw the trousers again..........) have decided I'm going to bill them for the coat if it doens't come back, had only just got it out of the loft! dd1's old pink fluffy next coat (but they don't need to know it's old right?)

CastsSpellsWitchySpells · 01/10/2007 22:42

Oh how annoying Friz.

Am wheezing terribly - has come on quite severely over the last hour or so. Anyone know anything I can do to ease it?

CountessPHOENIXula · 01/10/2007 22:44

Steam csws?

Frizombie · 01/10/2007 22:54

I'd go with steam too, hope it stops soon.

Flamesparrow · 02/10/2007 07:55

How are you now CSWS?

I really wanna do the crew bit on one of your weekends Frizbe! It looks fun

Bit dazed still this morning, but have sooo many orders to package up it's not like I'll have time to sit n mope

Weird dream last night, DH cheated on me with another man, and I was more upset that I had been in bed waiting for him and not gettin sex than the whole cheating on me aspect - what does that say for my subconscious?!!?
