daisyandbabybootoo · 06/09/2007 17:13

You're not having any luck on these things are you Jamantha? It's probably to do with the start of term as a lot of these things aren't on over the summer holidays and will probably be gearing up again. At least you are making the effort to get out....unlike me

I will get to the Baby Cafe tomorrow. they do baby massage on a Friday as well so that should be fun...although DD is very wriggly as soon as her nappy comes off.

She's lying on the floor trying to roll herself over at the moment. She gets halfway and then gets her arm stuck and shouts...loudly in frustration!

Hi Natty.....I missed you, you're holding up the scrabble games

justbeme · 06/09/2007 17:14

Yuk TA!!!
That has to be a record!!
WE've both changed clothes once today - due to a VERY large poo nappy that leaked!!

daisyandbabybootoo · 06/09/2007 17:16

I think MN are having a few site ishoos at the moment. Last night Marslady became Jeremy Vile...so there were two JVs...very funny, but obviously a scary thing for MNTowers.

Andiem....you are brave, posting on that BF/FF thread

justbeme · 06/09/2007 17:18

Ive got a virus on my pooter at the mo - my DD1 got it off MSN and my Tesco security cant get rid of it - it says its a back door virus and it cant disinfect it??

Any ideas??

daisyandbabybootoo · 06/09/2007 17:21

Just had a thought...re the secret shower we did. Can we fess up and say who we sent our pressie to? I've resurrected the thread here

That was a very thinly disguised attempt to find out who sent mine!

NattyThomasandEllen · 06/09/2007 17:22

ellen is being a miserable mare.. im soooo looking for ward to 7 when i can put thomas to bed

riabutterflew · 06/09/2007 17:22

bless him - dh didn't taste any puds! (I would have).

baggins feeding again. i can't settle him at all.

BadZelda · 06/09/2007 17:22

Hello there - been in Scotland visiting Dh's dad. You lot have been chatty! Hmmm how long will it take to catch up...

Charlie999 · 06/09/2007 17:25

Snap Daisy - you can tell our DDs are only 3 days difference. Mine was laying on her side earlier and quite happily getting on her back but not quite making it back - and getting very fustrated.

Also is dribbling like mad and fists in gob all the time so gums must be beginning to hurt.

Ria - are you doing SW? I've just made a big fruit salad as well.....to go with Muller Lights!!

Didn't quite get to any housework andie...but is quite tidy...mental note for tomorrow...must change beds...ironing lady on Monday!

Off to Ikea tomorrow kitchen shopping

justbeme · 06/09/2007 17:29

OMG!! just heard a noise outside and saw a large fox walking up my garden away from my back door - L is in her pram right by the back door which is right next to my dogs bowl!

My dog was looking out the front window and doesnt seem to have seen a thing!! But his dinner is untouched so I guess (and hope) that the fox didnt come into the house.

God you dont expect that in broad daylight do you??

L is fast asleep and ok!!

NattyThomasandEllen · 06/09/2007 17:38

goodness me i hate foxes

justbeme · 06/09/2007 17:42

God, I keep thinking "what could have happened" and where he must have walked is where the last 2 days I've left L outside in her pram!!! Thankfully , after her sleep outside this morning I moved the pram into the kitchen in case the weather turned whilst I was out.

riabutterflew · 06/09/2007 17:44

hi charlie. yup sw for me. i hate yogurt (except set ones) so have my fruit salad with aerosol cram, which is 1/2 syn for 2 tablespoons i think. do you know how many syns in a tablespoon of honey?

is your fox rural or urban jbm?

BadZelda · 06/09/2007 17:46

JBM we've loads of foxes around where we live...I wouldn
t panic too much. Urban foxes are opportunistic scavengers and wouldn't be very likely to attack a baby. He was probably after leftovers. We can't leave shoes outside in the garden because they chew them!

justbeme · 06/09/2007 17:46

urban Ria - lived here over 2 yrs and never seen one in my garden before.

daisyandbabybootoo · 06/09/2007 17:50

i second badzelda on the fox front. our friends have one that regularly passes through their garden but always scarpers whenever there is a person about. afaik if they are out in the day it's because they are ill or very hungry indeed.

it's probably scoffed your dogs leftovers before and knows it's somewhere for an easy feed.
