daisyandbabybootoo · 02/09/2007 21:53

Aw foxy, he'll be fine...he's got his big bro looking out for him.

I cried when DS went to school last year....

This year it will be tears of relief and joy

bumperlicious · 02/09/2007 21:54

Yep, I'm off too, night all x

justbeme · 02/09/2007 22:14

Yuk about the worms Daisy - although I know they are good in your compost bin - some people have wormeries in their gardens dont they - I bet your son would love one of those!!

Those nappies look good - Ive bookmarked them for a later date - thanks for the links

( I STILL cant do links btw - I know you do a double [[ - but say if you want to link a thread you obv. dont write www.mumsnet.com - as that takes you to the home page - so what DO you type in??

daisyandbabybootoo · 02/09/2007 22:23

if you open the page you want to link in another window, then highlight the web address in the header box thingy, right click and copy....then click add message, write your text, type click and paste decription.

Does that make any sense at all???

daisyandbabybootoo · 02/09/2007 22:25

obviously not!!

right click and paste, then space and a description

justbeme · 02/09/2007 22:36

sort of daisy - I'll try it sometime!! - Just reading your lifestyle change thing!!

loonylovegood · 02/09/2007 22:50

I'm desperate for DS to sleep more at night and someone has suggested putting him on a labmskin - has anyone tried one?

trendaverter · 03/09/2007 07:36

AAARRRRSSSSEEEEEEE

I am ILL, AGAIN!
FFS

daisyandbabybootoo · 03/09/2007 07:40

LOL Faylisa, you must be desperate if you're up at 5!

I don't know anyone who has tried one, but they are supposed to keep baby warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot.

Is he in his own room? Babyboo started sleeping five hours when i moved her to her own room at 6.5 weeks and is now sleeping anyhting between 9.5 and 12 hours a night.

daisyandbabybootoo · 03/09/2007 07:41

Poor You

What's up?

andiem · 03/09/2007 08:01

Oh no not a good start to the morning

Faylisa I have a sheepskin for the pram and lo loves it seeping bags?????

TA what's wrong??

faylisa · 03/09/2007 08:08

Oh dear we aren't happy bunnies this morning are we?

TA - what's the matter?

I have DS in a sleeping bag and in his own room but still no better. He's fed about 8 and then 11, sleeps until 3 or 4 and is fed again but is then really restless after that and just keeps waking up - I'm getting a bit desperate.

I think I will get a lambskin as I can use it in the pushchair if it doesn't help in the cot.

loonylovegood · 03/09/2007 08:09

Oh no TA, what's up? I can completely sympathise, I've had sodding tonsilitis for about 6 weeks! It's an arse, you poor thing .

OP posts:
loonylovegood · 03/09/2007 08:11

Are you bfing faylisa? If you are try co-sleeping. I find it a godsend because my ds feeds every 3 hours still and there is no way I could cope with getting out of bed to feed him 3 times a night.

loonylovegood · 03/09/2007 08:11

Daisy, it's your move !

OP posts:

andiem · 03/09/2007 08:15

holly and dasiy your moves must nip in shower be back........

faylisa · 03/09/2007 08:22

No, he's FF. I do bring him into our bed when he gets restless. It helps but he's still a bit of a nightmare - he isn't even hungry.

daisyandbabybootoo · 03/09/2007 08:22

me too....this is the start of the lifestyle thread for me today....so i shouldn't actually be on here till lunchtime. I've allowed myself an hour at lunch and after DCs are in bed.

got to get passport forms today, get DCs photos done and find all relevant documents...and to do that I need to sort out the mahoosive pile of paperwork that's in a box and spilling all over the floor of the back room!

Later....

TA, I hope you feel better soon.
