Pesha, you are doing everything right. Bollocks to the charts, thats what I say! As long as D is thriving then what more could you ask for.

Come on Ellie, what is milf? I know it must be rude but as I discovered last week I am elderly. Much too old to understand this modern jargon

Ooh, I didn't know what that stood for either. Learn summat new every day on here!

Mammyjo, trying to relax. K has gone down ok, although a bit whingy. Left her for 5 minutes and all is quietis so on the red wine now.

Oooggs, sorry ds1 is giving you a hard time. I know B will be a mega pita when she gets back, so I am going to try and enjoy this time!!

JoMa, love the new title.

Pesha, I agree with the rest. Sod the ruddy charts. You know whether D is ok or not, and by the sounds of it he is doing just fine.

Totally forgotten everything else..

Going to the races tomorrow with my lovely mum and dad - just hope the weather is better than today - God awful pants weather.

Going to wtch Holby - back later. xxxx

Thanks everyone - you're lovely

Weather crap here too

Ds1 being pita also, nightmare to get to sleep every night - last 3 nights has slept in dds bed but they've not gone to sleep till gone 10 bedtime is at 7! And hes being naughty on purpose, throwing things out the upstairs windows, peeing out the back door (right next to the toilet!) and generally being a little sod. Think it is all due to attention seeking cos of dylan and being bored with no playschool. He has regressed in text book style fashion!! Talking in one word sentences in baby voice, wanting to sit on our laps and be spoon fed etc! I dont mind that bit but the naughty stuff is doing my head in.

And now I have dodgy tummy too, not sure how im gonna manage on my own with d who needs his non stop feeding now for an hour or 2 before going to sleep he may just have to cry alot!

And dp has had to leave early to work as has been summoned by his mother!! She sent a text (which she never does) saying she needed to talk to him asap, nothing to worry about but when would he be round? So he is under strict instructions to text me as soon as he leaves hers and let me know what it was all about!

Have to go shout at my kids again, BURB!

Oh Pesha, I am sorry to hear ds1 is being a pita. It makes everything such hard work doesn't it. Hope things improve for you. Sorry about your dodgy tummy too. Nightmare isn't it. I wonder if we have all got to a point where we are all just knackered and feeling under the weather/miserable/disillusioned (sp) by everything.

I do think women are incredible beings.

Also, my DS1 has turned into Indiana Jones and pulled my washing line down swinging on the sheets yesterday which brought my hanging baskets down...Pulled the hood off my coat swinging on it on the bannister and keeps trying to lassoo us with dressing gown ties. I shouted at him so loud yesterday my throat hurt!

WCL, pmsl at your throat - in a nice way, as I know exactly what you mean. Have had a husky voice many a time!!

Well, dh is back, and is crashing around the house and annoying the hell out of me. He went to make a cup of tea (for himself) and shorted the house! So, the kettle seems to have died. Put a pan of water on to boil and have managed to singe my hair - it stank!

Helloooo!

First off - big congrats happimummy for the yoga class! No worries about not breaking a sweat, it´s great you got along to a class. And I ate 3 slices of baguette yesterday, with butter, AND a mini toblerone my dad all but forced down my throat so I´m sure that makes up for your cake (I had decided all bread was out, just for this month.. but baguette is so loooovely..). Trying to convince dh to go for a run this morning but he´s still in bed so am not sure I´m succeeding

Mum bought me a lovely new winter jacket yesterday from Zara. Very very nice, will try and take a photo and post it, roll on weather to wear it! lol

N went down at 8.30pm last night, straight into his cot is the first time he´s actually had the whole headlolling, can´t keep his eyes open, thing.. we were totally amazed and spent the rest of the night expecting him to wake up, he woke at 3am to eat but is still sleeping now not sure what we did but fingers crossed we can make it magically happen again! lol

Got to dash, fiesta here today so dh is off work - yay! - back later x

morning everyone
pesha, sorry you're feeling ill, and Lucewheel, I did read your post as Pesha peeing out of the back door - had to double check
We're having a much better time of it at the moment, T is playing on his mat and slept through the night without needing rescuing once (he slept on his front!!)

Wow, off to read about Peter

Meant to tell you all, the other day DH came in and I could hear him talking to T as I was in the kitchen. All of a sudden I heard him say in a conversational tone "His neck seems a bit floppy, what have you been doing to him?"
I ran out in a panic, luckily he was talking to Tristan about his toy cow

LOL at floppy neck comment!

Hope evryone is feeling better after all the bugs we've had lately.

Ds has his third set of jabs today so dd has just informed him "you're going to the doctors to get a sore leg and you're going to CRY!" PMSL

Just got a muffin recipe book off Amazon - slurp. This is not the way to lose baby weight but I have booked ds into the creche at the gym on friday so hopefully that will be the start of a new fitter, leaner me . I've tried eating less but tend to wake up famished at 4am and sneaking downstairs to eat cereal. Oops.

Ds feeding less overnight - I've been refusing to feed him and cuddling him back to sleep so next stage is to crow bar him out of my bed into his cot.

Wow, hope the transplant has been successful. Thoughts with them today

Why are men such a PITA? Dh says to me yesterday "do you think its time that F has a bottle overnight so I can take some of the night feeding from you?". A good theory, although tbh I dont want to give up any bf anyway. Yes I am tired, but I have been doing the night feeds on my own for nearly 5 months now.
She woke overnight as normal so I left her for 5 minutes while she groaned a bit. Did dh hear her? Did he hell. It would end up with me always getting up and having to go downstairs to sort a bottle out too. Much easier to leave things as they are and just give her boobie. She had me up three times overnight and to top it off I ventured to the kitchen at 4.30am as the dog was whining. I openend the door to find he had puked all over the kitchen floor so I then had to start cleaning that up. It made me retch quite loudly, but did dh hear any of this. Oh no. I think he could sleep through an atomic bomb, so probably best to leave the night feeding well alone. He has barely lost a wink of sleep since she was born. Nice for some.

Apologies for self absorbed post. On a plus note by boobies seem a bit better so maybe the antibiotics are helping!
