hi dkma. apart from having a gorgeous baby and coping reasonably well with the big boys today so my specs are rose-tinted, life is crap.

What is facebook about? I got hollys email.

Facebook is just another internet based gang out - bit like Myspace, it's good tho - and we actually call each other by our REAL names - which is getting confusing.

So how come life's crap (apart from the obvious of no sleep etc etc)

I also realised I am a bad mother again, I see people with babies out and about doing everything properly, like making up feeds on demand and being all very hygenic etc etc, when DS yells I heat a pre-made bottle and shove it in his gob.

Don't want to bore you, but briefly, DH has had op on shoulder and can't do ANYTHING USEFUL (he can make cups of tea actually, but nothing helpful), he isn't starting his new job until after he is better. He is having to go through solicitors to get his wages etc out of his last boss. I am feeling very sorry for myself because I have all the housework, nursing stuff childrearing and - god forbid - cooking to do, my BF seems to have stopped talking to me and my MIL is threatening to visit tomorrow.

Hey ria! Good to have you back! Sorry things aren't going well, hopefully it'll all be better once your dh starts his new job. When my dp was hanging round the house I found it really annoying! He was moping and being miserable and getting in my way. He got a new job and is now away for a week! Bloody men!

Where is out? Erm...anywhere and everywhere! Today I went to Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsburys (I don't actually have a supermarket obsession, I was looking for someone that had a cake making service...plus tesco have 1/3 off nappies promotion)...
Also went to Makro and bought luggage for holiday, went to a fishing shop to buy a rod for BIL birthday, and an all you can eat chinese with my mum.

Tomorrow am going back home to Reading, yay filling up the car with sterilisers, dogs, changing mats etc...

Bumper I trimmed LO's nails today as they were grimy, where does it come from?! I gave him a bath but he threw himself backwards into the water and scared himself into a mega paddy. O well.

yes I do usually, but keep getting tonsilitis, so didn't think it was such a good idea! Alice has had a few sucks before shoving back in William's mouth too, so lots of good immune system boosting germs there!

glad your dp got a new job holly. why are they all so keen on working away from home?

I have to go now, short but sweet for the first time in my life. Dh says I have to go to bed early tonight. Not stay up late drinking cheap wine (chance would be a fine thing - have run out!)
