It is, she's very stressed and upset. They both (her dh) are and they're getting stressed with eachother

Jas · 27/07/2007 23:23

I love getting (and sending) real letters. I never do it any more either, though.

for Trace. I saw her thread and remembered she is your friend Phoenix. I did post, but have no real experience. I hope they get a diagnosis and some treatment soon.

Is talk21 a rubbish email then mrm? I have one It is my spare.

I am finally feeling better, and after moaning alot and rfeeling rubbish all day, dp has offered to get up and let me have a lie in tomorrow I may even be back in for the picnic if it goes ahead, one way or another.

Frizbe - I had a giggle at minus 6 stars, too. That is really quite impressive.

I should be in bed. G'night all.

Jas, it seems to be useless in my exerience, or maybe thats just me! But I cant face changing; too much hassle making sure all the relevant people know!

Jas · 28/07/2007 15:50

He's not that ill, but I can't bring him out, share the bug and risk some other child being really ill on holiday

Phoenix · 28/07/2007 18:04

Hey look, i've just been doing a bit of searching and found this from dewmeadow (well whompingwillowinthedewmeadow as she is at the mo):-

"Well, last Saturday I woke up with a wet sensation and kept going to the toilet - I thought my blasdder had totally given up the ghost. Slowly, it dawned on me that my waters might have broken. Phoned the hospital who said I should come in and if it was my waters I had to stay. Well, still hadnt packed!! Then dh and I had to decide how to organise childcare - it was 4am - my mum lives an hour away and his mum couldnt lift DS out of his bed so as I had no contractions I drove myself to the hospital and then Dh came later. Turned out it was my waters only next time they had turned yellow and then green, which meant that by whatever means the baby had to come out that day. The consultant checked me internally and I was very unfavourable but he was really laid back and knew I really wanted a vbac so he put me on the drip for three hours and siad hed be back and if there was no change then the baby would be out by lunchtime. I couldnt believe it - after yapping about wanting the baby I couldnt really believe I was going to really meet her!! Three hours later and no change so it had to be a section. I was deadly disappointed but the fluid was still bright green so out she had to come!! 2 hours later, out she came - my beautiful little girl - 8lb 5oz and a teeny tiny (compared to my other 2) 48 cm. We're calling her Clare Rachel. I asked the dr if my husband could watch her coming out and he offered to let him cut the cord, which he did. He said it was exactly like watching a cow being operated on (he's a farmer!!) O yes, she was born on teh 14th July, 9 days early.

So now we're home and she's bfing well, waking every 3 hours or so, and such a wee dote."

Congrats dew and welcome baby Clare Rachel if you're reading

Jas · 28/07/2007 18:16

Congratulations Dewmeadow

Thanks Phoenix. I just crashed her new postnatal thread to say it, too.

FlameParakeet · 28/07/2007 20:15

I have your present here. I drive all this way....

Yay for Dewmeadow!!!!

The CSWSs are treating me much the same as before - they are still harsh with the beatings, but they know we have company tomorrow so they are keeping them in places where my bruises won't be seen

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/07/2007 20:17

Get off the computer and finish licking my crocs clean you sorry wench.

FlameParakeet · 28/07/2007 20:21

Not sorry about nuffink!

Phoenix · 28/07/2007 20:36

Flame you're wanted

mustrunmore · 28/07/2007 21:12

Ooo, is it like Little House on the Praire at the csws house? please say it is, dont ruin my mental image!!! Or more like The People Under the Stairs, with the flames all living in the wall cavities? Or am I just on a post-run mania?!

Flame, dont make me feel bad I'd def be coming if it wasnt for seeing you on that other weekend. I'd like to be with you, just cant be arseed getting there in the rain, and being nice to mnetters I dont know There's honesty for you!

God, I couldnt imagine having another baby now. Thats so lovely for dewmeadow though.

FlameParakeet · 28/07/2007 21:17

But you don't have to speak to them! We can hide in the cupboard (I am hiding in there now... the crocs weren't clean enough and they are trying to find me to punish me...)
