I've just put up a suggested plan for Saturday. Will QV mind me taking over?

Use your day out voucher to get in to PWP, and if you like it, you can upgrade it to a season ticket I think. Tell me when you are going and I may be able to meet you there.

Epping forest

Jas · 24/07/2007 08:37

Sunday

mustrunmore · 24/07/2007 08:53

I'm less keen on the picnic idea now, as its the world music thing, and it'll be packed. I wanted a nice easy day, not a stressy one, as there's been too many of them lately I'm sure we'll come though.

Think it was woodside we tried to go to once, and couldnt find it

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/07/2007 09:02

Yes, you will come mrm!
That's fine flame - I just couldn't remember as my brain is befuddled!

FlameDelacour · 24/07/2007 09:06

It will be easy.

I have decided.

Eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Just found DS in the garden scooping water from a doll's pram into a little bucket... and then gulping it down

He has a drink next to him!

Hiya ladies,

Had a wonderful weekend in London - Joseph was absolutely brilliant, there is definitely a reason Lee won!!! Fantastic!

It's my wedding anniversary today, I am gonna attempt to throw together some concoction for a nice tea.

Happy belated birthday Kel, glad you enjoyed your weekend Friz oh and congrats on the new arrival Jas

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/07/2007 16:07

Woodside is worth trying to find again mrm. DD and I now have annual membership . The toddler group wasn't on after all, so we just went there.

Glad Joseph was good Chloe.

Frizbe · 24/07/2007 16:26

Chloe, glad Joseph was good did I hear the stage got stuck or summat? twirly stage?
Happy Anniversary, have fun cooking a nice tea, which has just reminded me I've forgotten to put the chicken in, damn, think I have salmon that's not frozen, so it'll have to be that

Flame at ds!

Have fun at your picnic girls and your various days out in the forest, parks etc, I'm trying to avoid going out this week too Jas, have suggested our bunch of babies and kids come here on Thurs, shall see if they decide to or not?

CSWS should I suggest you send at least me, if not the rest of us who don't have a clue where you live, some directions for the week after??

Better go wake dd2 up here, she's napped long enough for me to clean the bathrooms, cut the grass and get on here gotta go and pick up the car from the garage, damn exhaust fell off again earlier only had it a year.....gonna see if I can get some sort of discount

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/07/2007 16:58

Will sort out some directions Friz - thanks for the reminder!

mrm (or anyone) - do you have an e-mail address for Amiable?

Jas · 24/07/2007 17:51

I need those directions, too.

We had a lovely(free) day playing out in the street while the sun shone today. Lots of kids and babies to play with.
Cheap cinema tomorrow, and Epping forest.

Glad Joseph was good. What did you do about your girls night in the end?

ds has sat and thrown all his dinner on the floor

Did the water have small things swimming in it, Flame? DS has been found more than once up to his elbows in stagnant water, and I'm sure some of it was drunk.

I too am planning an easy day at the picnic. We WILL NOT get stressed

Chloe55 · 24/07/2007 18:43

The stage got stuck the week before I think Friz - no hiccups on sat night.

The girly night is on Friday and I mentioned I couldn't drink because I am on antibiotics so would be nice to go for a meal - they aren't having a bar of it and said they were really looking forward to a piss-up because it has been so long, arrrggghhhh I don't know what to do now. I have such a long day ahead of me on sat, can't bear to face it hungover and the money is a problem, oh I don't knwo what to do, will discuss it with DH tonight I think.

2boysmacca · 24/07/2007 19:56

Blame dh. Say he's really pissed off and he's put his foot down. He'll be in the dog house not you!

Phoenix · 24/07/2007 20:12

I'm still reading the new Harry Potter book so i'm not here for long

I've had a quick skim but not remembered much as usual

Belated Happy 30th Kel

Happy Anniversary Chloe Glad you enjoyed Joseph i'd love to go see it.

csws - I'll just need you to send me your address and postcode so i can put it into the sat nav and let it get me to your house

Flame - for feeling poorly for ds drinking manky water, Lewis likes playing in water too

Frizbe - for exhaust. Bloody cars cost a fortune.

Ds got 3 teletubbies this morning that i bought off someone on mn and he loves them he's got all 4 now but his Po is different to the other 3 that came this morning so i've found some Po's the same on ebay that i'm gonna bid for. He's currently in his cot with all 4 TT and a tigger

We've been Sky+ episodes of TT and putting one on for him before he goes to bed, well he's walked in the house tonight went straight over to the sky remote and brought it to me going 'ah ah ah' and pointing at the telly so i put one on and he started laughing then once it had finished he ran to the remote and started going 'ah ah ah' again so i said 'no more, its bed time' and he started crying and shaking his head. I think he likes teletubbies do you?

Look at me going on about teletubbies

Jas · 24/07/2007 20:13

I like the blame dh plan.

(Or you could just tell them you don't want to go out Are they all childless? It seems they are a bit unsympathetic tbh)

Jas · 24/07/2007 20:17

I had loads of TT videos when the dds were small but I gave them all away. I can't remember who had them, but both the people who are the most likely will be here tomorrow . I will see if I can get them back and bring them to the piss up. (Their ds are now 4 and 5)

Flame did you see my "my NooNoo is broken" post? The batteries leaked in it and it doesn't work

We haven't got a video player Jas but thanks for the offer

Jas · 24/07/2007 20:22

csws has a spare one.

I forget how old videos are now. I bought the dds aa new (ex rental) one recently and we are buying up loads of films at 25p each at car boots and charity shops for them.
