Well update here. Dad came home thursday from leeds. Very tired and sore but glad to be back.
Ellis is now crawling too in his own little style. He looks like a rabbit if I'm honest but it keeps him happy
I was rather shocked last night how quick he can go. We put him dd's room at the far side while dh was bathing dd and I was messing in his room. The next thing I knew ellis was starring me in the face!
Dh then proceeded to tell me that the day before he managed to get from our front room to the family room and conquer a step at that too!
Me thinks its time for the stair gates!!!
His sleeping has got a bit better too over that last few night. He's been going down between 7/8pm and waking around 4am, stirring at 5/6am but we leave him and then he goes off again till 7/8am. So a hell of alot better there. Also he's eating a bit more. Doesnt sound as adventurous as the other LO's but he's getting there. He's letting me feed him porridge in a morning now and last night he let me give him baked beans lol.

feeling much better here, conjuntivitis is clearing up fast, dd's is better and now ( as he was soooo unsympathetic,) looks like dh has it!! that'll be the last itme he tells me i should wash my hands properly then !!!!

Hi everyone and happy birthday snow hope you are having a good one. Hows the pregnancy going Nbg? A december baba ooohh how sweet. Sorry to hear about your dad being poorly though and your MIL hoppy hope she is holding up my thoughts are with you all. Right lets get our arses in gear and get this meet up organised. Im going to book it in the next few days and then put a list up of those who want to join in. SJ is trying to crawl but only managing a belly flop little love. I can feel a tooth under the bottom gum too but apart from a nasty teething rash it hasnt broken through the gum yet. The packing is going slowly as dds birthday on wednesday age 4 and birthday party yesterday so house looks like santas grotto at the moment. Finally persuades my dd to join mn and thanks to those of you who have chatted to her on her thread. She is coping really well and is positively blooming She now has a neat little bump and I cant believe my grandchild is in there hehehe I get another baby in the house without the pain lol. Melsy I feel for you hope the pox have all gone now. Hope everyone else is well I will post again on Monday with news of our meet up

Melsy went to New York on Thursday for 4 days.
Her DD1s chicken pox had started to heal up nicely but on Tuesday DD2 got it! So she was a bit upset by that.
I think she said she was teething too
But hopefully when she gets back she'll be over the worst.

have decided to apply for another job, part time. not sure we would manage financially but jobs dont come up often here so will have to bite the bullet!! all good experience if nothing comes of it which i doubt it will, but i'd be forever wondering if i dont give it a go! (can you tell i'm convincing myself ?)

last night she woke up at 4 30 and refused to go back to sleep til 7 and then we went back to bed

been to a mum and tot group today with the girls i normally meet and they are so into there baby's i feel really weird now round them as i feel work is taking over so much my ww diet had gone out the window im tired really tired my social life is nil; and me and chris ar arguing coz the house looks like a bomb has gone off

i've finally found the camera and taken an up to date pic of ds2 which is on my profile now.
he still has no teeth, but is crawling around all over. i have baby proofed the living room and have one stairgate up so far. he's sleeping really badly since our hospital visit - up 3 to 5 times each night and feeding a lot. he's lost interest in bf during the day cos he's so busy moving so i'm trying to stop him snacking in the day and only letting him come to bf 3 or 4 times in the day in the hope that he will be v hungry and feed well. that was a long sentence
hope everyone else is getting plenty of sleep

I have a bit of a dilema. Ellis not only has discovered how to crawl but he has now mastered steps
Its a real PITA as our whole downstairs is open plan apart from the front room and hallway which is sealed off.
So he can get to the dining room, kitchen, family room and stairs.
So far he's tipped the dogs water bowl all over him, then the dog biscuits and proceeded to eat them, then started chewing on the mop and make a run for it outside
We cant put a gate up on the bottom of the stairs because its like a triangle shape and its also the way into the kitchen.
Its a nightmare! Dont know what to do lol.

we were just at the beach and had a lovely time, although caleb did try to eat his own body weight in seaweed and sarah appears to be afraid of crabs

Nbg, welcome to the world i refer to as 'hell' I must find Austin up the stairs maybe a million times a day, he opens the kitchen cupboards and then proceeds to empty them (can't find any catches to put on them as ds1 just unlocks them on Austins behalf!), mops, dirty washing, contents of bin etc etc. My list could go on but i don't want to bore you all

I've just had him weighed and because he's been so ill he now weighs the same as he did 7 weeks ago. Poor baby. So tonight he is having home made meatballs in homemade tomato sauce, followed by yogurt. Oh and it looks like he's allergic to cheese. Good good. Bang goes my cheese sauce with everything theory then.

My birthday was just fantastic. Didn't get to half the places i wanted to as my hairdresser took far too long making me blonde. But it looks nice so i won't complain. Dh arranged a brilliant party with friends i've not seen for years so that i guess was the surprise. I got a beautiful locket from mil (forgiven her for her sins lol) boys bought me Sanctuary creams etc, dh has paid for me to go to The Sanctuary on Sunday, friend has a surprise treatment at that place, mum got me some La Prairie face cream (well, line filler to be precise) and gallons of Pink Champagne! So a lovely day it was. And i'm very excited about being 30. Found my early twenties to be a bit shit tbh. Wrong boyfriend followed by wrong boyf. So hopefully this new decade is spent with mylovely dh

Oh, last thing, my friend was coming on to my dh at the party, his face was a picture! She scares him at the best of times but when shes had a drink its priceless!!!!
