Happy 30th B'Day kbaby Wish I was 30 again but then I suppose I wouldn't even be married let alone have a house to live in or my 2 precious children. Whoops-going all sentimental now, better go!

Taking DD1 to her dance class Christmas Party so got some sarnies to be getting on with.

Have just had a heart stopping moment. Have been cleaning and baking all day and have just gone up to get Sophie from her afternoon nap and when I walked in her room all I saw was 2 feet sticking out from under her covers. She had somehow turned and shuffled on her back under the covers so her head was completely covered. Gave her the biggest hug ever! Feel bad because I heard her uh uh uh but left her because it wasn't a distressed cry. Won't sleep tonight.

She is today managing to bottom shuffle crawl across the floor to get DD1's toys.

Off to get Sophie's tea and have a massive glass of Blossom Hill.

DS chowed down on an orange segment for breakfast today, along with 3 baby ricecakes, he's getting pretty dextrous. Mango was too slippery tho, just ended up chasing it around his tray . He's also starting to bear weight on his legs, with feet flat on the floor, ooer! Where's my teeny baby gone?

I'm back !! finally got organised with internet having moved house.

Bit disappointed today, HV came round while I was at work, to do DD's 8mth check (she's only 7 mths !!) She weighed her and she's only put on 3oz in 3 wks . Thought we'd jumped that hurdle as she's been doing ok recently (was 4lb13oz at term birth, now 13lb9oz).
On a positive note, weaning is going ok. She wolfs down anything parsnipy but is not enjoying the chunkier stage 2 food - any tips ???
