Hope everyone had a good day, it was very wet here we got soaked doing some more dragon hunting.

Just having problems still with the all the security logging in - hopefully all ok now.

It is not boobing to sleep, but it is nice to be free in the evenings. I hope this continues as things start again in September!

We have had a busy day today pram walk in the pouring down rain, baby massage then went for hot chocolate and cake with some of the Mums and Babies and I have made the invitations for dds christening this evening. I'm tired so I hope dd has a good night.
No baby groups tomorrow so my only plans are hand delivering the invitations and posting the rest.

Wine good luck with the invitations, I hope the weather improves the Suns been shinning in Scotland for the last few days.

Dd is waking every 90 minutes a tonight, thankfully ds is still sound a sleep so I should be be able to get her back down.

I nc after all the problems they had on here yesterday I told the fb ones last night.

Just putting dd back in her crib she has fallen asleep whilst feeding so I hope she stays asleep.

The end of August is always sunny I have yet to see a year the school year starts and it's rains, although no doubt next year will be a first when ds starts school.

I'm waiting to hear if I can go up to my dads later but Dp is here he came down to look after dd for a couple of hours so I've managed to get the house work all done and just relax knowing he is responding to her.

Welcome shiteforbrains I wouldn't worry about what stage you joint the groups remember even if you talk about milk and poo it's something you have in common with the rest of the group. Also a lot of groups will start again in September so there will be lots of new Mums. Baby massage is good if you don't want to chat at first because you can just concentrate on your baby. I hope your Dh is ok that must have been scary.
I've just had an Amazon delivery of emergency survival blanket/baby sensory foil blanket and dd is going crazy lying on it scrunching it up and kicking her legs I also got an O Ball because she loves them at the baby group.

That weather tip is handy to know for future UK holidays Monkey put your feet up if Dp is looking after dd.

Welcome shiteforbrains, your ds was born the same day as my ds3 . Glad to hear your dh is all good now, don't worry about groups everyone is feeling the same and there will always be new mums joining. I think your ds will let you know if he's bored! Mine has a baby gym, bouncy chair and a few other toys, ds1&2 and dss plus minded kids randomly in his face and time with me chatting/singing/reading and he's happy. If he's getting bored with one thing he will give me a little grumble and then I change the activity and he's happy for a bit but generally he's not awake more than 2hrs at a stretch.

Argh what a day! I know ds3 is an easy baby but days like today remind me just how easy he is normally! He's screamed at me that nothing would fix and had at least 3 feeds more than normal. The happy moments in between have been lovely but they have been by far the minority! Tomorrow is another day, just hope he's settles as he was pulling my nipple and detaching so I put him down awake

Is everyone ok? We have been to baby massage today and coffee and cake with a group of Mums it's hard finding somewhere for all of us to fit in now as more people come for a coffee now but I'm sure the cafes don't mind the extra business on a wet Tuesday.

I've got to wait in tomorrow for a delivery so I hope it arrives early then I can take dd out as I don't like being cooped up inside.

Ahh look at the concentration on his face shiteforbrains they are great for some cheap entertainment and clever boy for sitting up on his own.

Dd is still asleep I'm up waiting for the delivery of a microwave our old one went with a bang on Sunday and I have a microwave steriliser. I have used Milton for my breast pump and bottles for the past couple of days but dd screws her face up as they smell differently.
