Arghhh big fam and bim they are super cute photos! Big fam huge congratulations. How far gone are you? Pesto I hope your wait isn't too long. Dh is desperate for another one. To be Ho eat the thought of not having any more does make me sad but it's been a tough few months and to be honest I've spent so long now saying no way do I want any more! I have to admit though as more people around me announce pregnancies and have babies I do keep getting pangs of broodiness. I may end up with just 1 more every though I said I would never have 3! Anyone with 3 want to advise me against it?! Sorry I've been absent for so long. Ds was on antibiotics for 12 weeks as he was so ill and they couldn't get to the bottom of it. Ended up being admitted with pneumonia and the poor child was so fed up and stupidly hard work. Dd was her normal attention seeking self and is just such an adorable little madam. We have had a couple of 8 hour sleeps the last 2 weeks for the first time in 2 1/2 years! I think I felt more tired after them than before! Hope all of the chickenpox are getting better now! I really am dreading them!

Dec I'm so sorry to hear your ds has been so un well, being admitted with the pneumonia must have been scary, hope he's OK now.

Chickenpox are thankfully clearing up now, although a couple of nights ago she had a really bad night, waking every half an hour screaming, I was exhausted in the end.
Thanks! I've got a scan on 7th of june, do will hopefully have more of an idea then but my mw has used a provisional due date of 17th dec (another Dec birthday, that will be 5 of us) with Patsy's and Josie's birthday in Jan (obviously!)

I can advise you from when I used to have three Grin it's not too bad! X

We've also agreed on her name, Connie x

Hi anyone still out there 😁
If anyone still checks in on the thread, baby Romy was born 3rd December. Josie is 22 months old and a very proud big sister (& I still refer to her as 'big baby!')
Here they both are.
Hope all the other Jan 15 babies are doing well, would be lovely to catch up.

Oh my God pesto I remember you posting saying you were trying for baby no2 & now you're due next month, how exciting!!! Do you know what you're having yet? Are you on the February antenatal board, make sure you post on here when baby arrives Grin

It's Dd2's birthday today then on the 28th of January will be Josies, can't believe she's two already.
Romy is officially a month old now as well.
She doesn't look hugely like josie, but there are similarities (obviously Grin)

It's gone fast considering the last time you posted you were still trying Grin have you got any names in mind?

Happy birthday to your dd for the weekend!
It's not too bad with a toddler and a newborn, honestly. Josie has actually accepted her better than our 5yo. Are you still missing work, did you ever go back after dd was born?

Pesto11 · 06/01/2017 14:02

No names agreed on... Which is annoying me!!!

And missing work so badly - didn't return to work... So been at home for 2 yrs now... So been with dd every minute of every day... Which I have loved but certainly missing teaching
Teaching hours are just so long
Another 2yrs at home with new one then will head back to work part time I think.
Will need the money by then!

How is your lo now pesto, did your dd enjoy her birthday? Josie is starting to speak in (broken!) sentences now, it's hilarious to hear the things she comes out with, she's been my earliest talker yet. She's also minnie mouse obsessed so for her birthday we will be getting her a minnie potty (amongst other minnie things!) and toilet training will commence, she's pretty switched on so hope for her to pick it up and be out of nappies before summer's here. Anyone else battled toilet training yet?

We had a low key day out for bday -just enough for me to cope with!
Nice to have dh about- feel like a single parent most of the time !

We tried potty a few months ago as she knows and tells me when she does a poo. But she got freaked out by potty!! So I've been lazy and put it away till late spring (when I'll have a newborn to deal with too!!)

Hope Josie has a wonderful day and loves all things Minnie!! X

I think there is
I'm not on it...
You'd have to read thru some earlier posts to find the person who is in charge of it
