Somet ething in my eye. X

TheRealGracePoole · 04/04/2015 12:35

Something.

YellowWellies · 04/04/2015 19:57

We love you Grace I can't imagine how heartsore you must be every day yet you cope with such grace and kindness - I'd be so bitter and twisted in your position. One day you'll all be together xxxx

Elizadoesdolittle · 04/04/2015 21:28

Oh Grace. I echo what everyone else has said. You are amazing, we love you and one day you'll have your amazing brood all under one roof permanently xx

TheRealGracePoole · 05/04/2015 07:55

I feel more myself today. Yesterday was lollopy and focused on the boys. Lovely. A couple of glasses on wine with my SILs and home to tuck in with my book.

Do you know what I just can't do bitter and twisted. Even if I try it is just not me. I do try sometimes. This pays off when your DD2 tells Grandpa that Mummy is always happy and smiling and she doesn't shout or smack bottoms. If I can leave a legacy of smiles and inner peace to my children then I think it is a job well done.

More mooching about with the boys I think today nothing exciting just resething ourselves.

Passmethecrisps · 05/04/2015 09:13

That is a wonderful legacy to leave.

We don't really have plans for today. We bought p a little toy for easter which she already has s well as eggs from cm, nursery and next door so she doesn't need more!

We bought her a trampoline yesterday (one of the wee tiny ones) so I suspect that is how she will spend her day. She asked to go to 'new house park' so we will take a trip there as well.

Oh! And p did a poo on the toilet! Followed fairly closely by another enormous one in her nappy. Seeing as she got a marshmallow for her tiny toilet poo efforts she may well be persuaded to try again

The girls have had a chocolate breakfast.

Our plans for today are going to visit a house and buying some honey.

Happy Easter quiche, I hope you all have a lovely day.

House porn gg?

StuntNun · 05/04/2015 12:55

Do I need a Tuppence and Crumble star blanket for DS4? I have a large size one that will fit him in the winter but I'm wondering whether it's worth shelling out the £25 for a baby-sized one.

TheRealGracePoole · 05/04/2015 14:13

Hi would say yes, here, as you never know what the weather will do.

What is going on with the relocation btw.

StuntNun · 05/04/2015 14:21

Still waiting to hear what the offer is, which should be some time this month. The redundancy package is substantial so it would have to be a very good relocation package to be worthwhile.

Pikz · 05/04/2015 16:43

We've had a bbq and a big walk. Potty training is going ish. Got to crack poo, wees we have down!

Well done P on the poo

Grace I think it's a wonderful legacy to leave.

GG house porn?

Stunt I only had the larger one as we already had baby snow suit

TheRealGracePoole · 05/04/2015 17:15

Am sure it will all work out for the best stunt x

Very scarily I have just ordered a swimskin! Open water swimming here I come this summer. The aim is to do the harbour swim in August from the sea wAter pool to the harbour, in The Irish sea Hmm so at some point I will take a dip in the harbour a couple of times a week and then start swimming in the rock pool when it opens in July.

Weirdly excited.

TheRealGracePoole · 05/04/2015 17:17

Oooo and yes. Poos are very exciting indeed.

GwenaelleLaGourmande · 05/04/2015 18:27

No need for house porn. It looked great on paper but the visit was a disappointment.

Passmethecrisps · 05/04/2015 21:22

That is disappointing gg. We have had our fair share of that recently. Feels like you have been robbed a bit.

Today we have chilled, played in our new park, examined our current house to be "too messy" thus requiring us to "get a new house". We have bounced and played and run and more bounced and ate dinner. Then vommed dinner all over daddy and almost ageing pussy who was vair relaxed through the entire episode. Then to bed in peparation for our trip to ganny gampa (in laws) who we haven't see since before Christmas.

It has been a very lovely day

Sounds great pass.

Current in favourite cafe. I has had beans on jam on toast, mushrooms and rice crispies. Feed a cold in action.

Finally going to do onions today.
Hopefully no vomming involved!

TheRealGracePoole · 06/04/2015 08:47

O has had that food not me.

The phone changed it before I noticed. Luckily I caught the fact it had changed vomming to bumming, just in time!

GwenaelleLaGourmande · 06/04/2015 12:29

Ha ha ha grace that would have been a hard typo to explain away. :o

BigPigLittlePig · 06/04/2015 19:25

Perfect weekend. Driving home with a tear in my eye. I wish my parents lived nearer. But still, perfect weekend.

Pikz · 06/04/2015 20:53

Awwww bplp big hugs

Elizadoesdolittle · 06/04/2015 21:27

Awww bplp x

Yesterday was lovely. Today not so. Tomorrow is another day.

Zamboni · 06/04/2015 21:50

Aww BPLP. I did exactly the same today. The DC and I had a lush long weekend with my parents and extended family. Back to reality with a bump after a long and screechy (thanks S) bank holiday traffic jam filled journey.

StuntNun · 07/04/2015 08:08

J was up three times last night. DS4 was only up twice! DS2 couldn't sleep because he was scared after watching E.T. I am tired.
