September mumma's weight loss thread. :)

Hello all.

Thought I would start this as I know I few people have been asking for a weight loss thread so as we can support each other. I thought we could start with a list of members and some basic stats (I.E, current weight, goal weight and total amount you therefore want to lose). Maybe make Thursday weigh-in day (since I weighed myself this morning I may as well continue with Thursday!)? Good luck to everyone! xx

I'll start:
Kitkat1985:
Current weight 11'10 and a half pounds.
Goal weight 10 stone.
Total therefore to lose: 24 and a half pounds.

Lost 1 pound in the past two weeks. Not amazing, but could be worse. I'm not managing to stick to being good though. In a strange way, I think I'll find it easier when I'm back at work and have more of a routine, but I really wanted to be back in my jeans by then!

It's horrible Team Confused. Feels like someone's kicked me right in my v lower back and it's a dull persistent ache that gets sharper every time I bend, lift DD or go up stairs.

1lb in two weeks is still a loss. I completely agree with work being a positive routine for being good . My lunches used to be much healthier before LO. Being at home definitely does not help with good food choices Confused too much time and temptation is not conducive to getting back in shape.

4lb gain since last weighing. But I'm not really surprised. Eating anything naughty in sight has not helped really so only myself to blame Hmm
But I've got a weekly run set up with a fellow new mum and aim to get to the gym more often now spring is here ( esp as I've hit 37 today !!)
Total to lose : 10lb but ideally another 7 on top of that ( but not been there in about 5 years)

Weighed myself today - 11st 10lb. A gain since my last weighing several weeks ago. Admittedly I've not been great with exercising apart from going for a run twice a week, and a little skipping here and there. Food habits have taken a real nosedive. I can't stop myself eating the junk.
I'd like to get back to 10st 7lb. Seems I need to work a LOT harder than I have.
