S has just vommed everywhere, she has a bit of a temp too. I thought she wasn't quite right when she went to bed with not a single peep. She'd been very whingey this afternoon, and yesterday actually. Bed stripped, pjs changed and she's fast asleep again already.

YellowWellies · 28/09/2014 01:37

Oh no Fruit Sad

Izzy get well soon. My scar is muchly sore and that's nothing compared to you Sad Sad Sad Sad

We're good here. Anyone remember my J was the slowest feeder ever? L is an efficient hoover by comparison so I've spent most of the day trying to overfeed her. She can drain an engorged boobie in 15-20 minutes with a satisfied belch and then rolls off like a tick! Grin
As for the reflux doc won't prescribe anything like omeprazole until she's symptomatic. ie screaming the house down in 6 weeks. But its on her files as being observed by the paed at the hospital so it should be easier to fight with the GP. Time to go dairy free once I'm not on hospital food. DH gets all the new baby chocs again! Shock

J came to visit in his jammies and wellies and gave her a big but v gentle kiss. Melted my heart. Must get some pics of them together. She's the image of him but with spiky black gorilla baby hair!

Lily311 · 28/09/2014 05:27

O was a greedy girl as well, drained my boobs in 15 min. Not that I had much in them. How scary about her turning blue and would love to see a pic of the two of them.

My first poo wasn't bad at all but than anything was better than the contractions.

fruitpastilles · 28/09/2014 07:00

Aww yw that's so sweet, he's going to be a fab big bro!

S didn't wake again since she vommed, and seems back to normal this morning. She has the slightest of temps but is shouting for cereal and has just had her morning milk. Smile

lily is it your run today?

BigPigLittlePig · 28/09/2014 09:52

Morning all Brew

Lovely sunny day here, and F slept til 8 Smile

Happy Sunday quiche xx

StuntNun · 28/09/2014 11:36

Bad night here again: thrashing banana baby requiring Calpol. Confused My ILs looked after him yesterday over lunch time so I suspect it's another case of them accidentally feeding him something he isn't supposed to have. Either that or he found something lying around and yoinked it. I guess that means another bad night tonight too. He's certainly in terrible form today, I don't think he's stopped yelling all day. Hmm

Afternoon quiche.

Sorry about shit nights.

yw iirc days two and three after cs (so yesterday and today for you) were the worst. Gets much better from now on and short walks with good posture are really good for you.

Sorry to hear about bad nights and vom.

It was the forest nursery open day today and the morning session was a walk and picnic in the forest. It was lovely :)

This afternoon I will be cooking some beef and carrot casserole. I wish I had a slow cooker.

Lily311 · 28/09/2014 12:35

Yes, run was today. It felt good. 6,4km done. 2 more weeks till the Budapest marathon, running it with my cousins and a friend so only doing 11km.

fruitpastilles · 28/09/2014 14:29

I think we've just had our offer on that house accepted SmileSmile
We went again today, basically to put our offer in direct to the owner instead of the estate agent. She'd already had an offer which was for more than ours but she said the couple were already demanded things before she had even accepted it. Went for us that we have no chain as she wants it all to go through as quick as possible. Sooooo fingers crossed that she actually meant it all and wasn't just saying it because we were sat in front of her. She seems very genuine though. Will phone the estate agent tomorrow to officially put in the offer.

YellowWellies · 28/09/2014 14:45

Fruit yey!!!!!!

Lily hi-5!

We're about to go home. Eeep Confused

PetiteRaleuse · 28/09/2014 15:36

fruitpastilles · 28/09/2014 15:42

Brilliant yw I bet the bear can't wait for you to get home Smile

Elizadoesdolittle · 28/09/2014 16:19

yw yay for going home.

fruit brilliant news. I hope it all works out.

I am sooooooo knackered. Baby disco was great fun. E had an absolute ball and danced loads, meaning I did too. Then I did more dancing at my friends birthday last night as there was a live band. Luckily both girls slept till 8:30 today so I did get some form of lie in. Just back from a trip to Greenwich Park to finish me off. Mind you we did stop for a byron burger so it wasn't all walking around. Yum.

Zamboni · 28/09/2014 19:36

Excellent news on the house Fruit and for YW on going home. Make sure you take it easy lady! Arse on the reflux though.

Big hugs QM and anyone else who needs them. Boo for bloating Kyz. Eliza baby disco sounds awesome! Pass have you had the same convo sober yet?!

Have had a super hectic weekend - my sister's hen do in Bath which included a visit to the spa, a Bollywood dance lesson (which was fab but I am disturbed by the video footage which exists) and lush Thai tapas and too many cocktails. Then today a rush around ikea for more storage for all the toys which seem to multiply behind my back despite frequent and ruthless decluttering looking at you MIL, then caught up quickly with school friend who is 39+4 and desperate to pop before a lazy arvo of Monsters Inc (what else) and pizza for tea. Knackered now, so early night in the Zamboni household, and S currently cooperating with that plan!

Kyz · 28/09/2014 20:04

Evening all :) I am feeling quite proud of myself today, I made a cake yesterday and took some to my mum, everyone loved it and my mum has asked me to make another as it was the best cake she'd ever eaten. That means an awful lot to me, coming from the person who taught me to make cakes in the first place! :) I also did sunday dinner and whilst it wasn't luxurious or anything I did ace the roasties which pleases me :D

thanks wanda I shall have to get some peppermint tea :)

oh no Fruit hope she's alright now then bless her!

yw yay for going home! J and L sound very sweet together :)

Zamboni · 28/09/2014 21:53

BigPigLittlePig · 28/09/2014 22:07

Boing!!

Elizadoesdolittle · 28/09/2014 22:59

Ahhhhhh a daddy long legs was just flapping round my living room. It is now squashed. Hate those things.

StuntNun · 29/09/2014 07:11

J slept through last night yay! He's been waking up at night for a few nights now and I'm back to forgetting what I'm saying halfway through a sentence and walking into a room and forgetting why I went in there. I wonder if he'll be sleeping through reliably by the time he's 3? DS2 didn't sleep through reliably until he was 6 so I'm not holding out much hope. Hmm

Wandathewindfairy · 29/09/2014 07:43

That's me on a regular day stunt Wink

Nappies.

Anyone tried the Lidl nappies? Think?

I have been using pulls ups this week but keep having leaking accidents. Poo on the insides of the thighs and I. The morning wee over the top of the nappy. The morning wee escape was happening in wrap round naps, he was in size 5 +. I normally move them up when this happens, so I moved him into a 6 and bought pull ups as that was all they had in a 6.

QuicheMama · 29/09/2014 07:52

Bit late to the huggle party sorry Smile

Now DD1 can read, I best be careful what I post!

J was up until gone 1. He had a long nap and is clearly going through a developmental leap. I am very tired.

YellowWellies · 29/09/2014 09:14

We had a two feed / three poo kinda night. I probably got 4 hours which isn't bad for night 4. I'm stunned by how much J loves her. He came beetling into our room first thing shouting "Lilly, Lilly MORNING!" and nearly wrenched the bednest off the bed trying to lean in and give her a kiss. Shame she'd only been asleep 10 minutes after an hour night feed / poo athon!
