Helllooooooo.

We gave the sea for a paddling pool. O has a tendancy to just wade in though. Regardless of his attire.

Happy. vq?

tiny pool is still in wrapper as H has been poorly since we got it.

So h is sat at dinning table. I'm doing dishes.
H- mumma. Mumma
Me- yes h, are you sat at the table?
H- mumma mumma mumma

  • Are you drinking your water, shall we go to bed soon... Walks over to H.

He has done a GIANT Poo and it's leaked all over the CREAM dinning table chair.
Surprised me how "ok" mil was about it. She saw me look at the chair and told me not to worry to clean H up. Luckily we have a sink with hot water in garden.
Going to be checking on H all nightSad incase he poos again.

VQ. So glad things are ok. Was thinking of you at two. Cursing my phone. But couldn't get laptop out as I get attack by the two rug rats.

vq have just caught the gist of your various goings on. What a whirlwind of a day. So glad that alls well that ends well x

DH has got our "swimming pool" (I use the term lightly) ready for the weekend. I won't go in until the heater arrives but DD1 is looking forward to it.

Morning peeps. It's my last day on my own with the kids today as DH is back from his 12-day business trip late tonight. I'm going to do barbecue spare ribs in the slow cooker for when he gets home. Unfortunately he has to go back to Germany on Monday. Sad

Hello!!!

No paddling pool here but total water baby.

Report
misslaughalot · 01/08/2014 14:53

We have a paddling pool, O doesn't like to sit in the water though so we don't fill it very much. She wants to sit in a dry patch and splash with her feet. Not today though, vom, vom, vom everywhere. I have had to get us both changed so many times today I have actually run out of clothes (don't have that much maternity wear!) and am back in my PJs. The washing machine doesn't know what's hit it...

How does one forget to put H down for a nap? Got to 4.30 pm he was on sofa falling asleep when I realised he hadn't napped. Oops.

We were napless today too, more because we just didn't have time to fit one in as we had lots of visitors. And there were 4 other kids running round so he wasn't going to admit defeat and ask for a nap. He made it to 7 - just! 12 hours awake!

Oh and I'm having to have the GTT next week as my 28 week bloods suggest I've got gestational diabetes. Arse.

PetiteRaleuse · 01/08/2014 22:00

Quiet here. Have caught up. Will update quiche on my last few weeks soon x

Fuck and balls to gestational diabetes yw. Fingers crossed that it is ok.

P managed to nap at nursery in the room with the other children! Woot!

She is struggling a bit though and this won't be helped by the fact that she is going to be with me until next Friday again. Or maybe she will be better - a novelty maybe?

DH had a good first day at work.
