Back at the docs today with Darcie, she has definitely improved since last week but they have put her on some steroids now to help clear her chest

Poor Darcie I hope she picks up for Christmas.

As an aside, due to DS1 being sick on monday I have watched Arthur Christmas many many times over the last few days. Its actually a good film if anyone was looking for a good Christmas childrens movie. Thankfully he is back at Preschool today (hooray) so now I have to run around like a loon getting stuff ready for christmas before the hols start.

Darcie is all better and back to her cheeky self. Hope all the other poorly babies are better for Christmas

Dan's ok. Just off to get the rest of his antibiotics from the doctor. He's had impetigo too so he looks a bit gruesome at the moment.

DH finishes work til the new year later today, tomorrow and Christmas day at home, just us. Boxing day at PILs, saturday free, sunday at SIL's, next week all over the place visiting, going out etc. Nothing set in stone.

Glad to hear sick los are getting better. Ivy went down on saturday high temp, vommed all over living room. She is on the mend now but full of cold. Ds1 had a nasty virus last week and had to stay of school. Fed up of dealing with illness now!

Ds2 birthday tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing his face as he is getting up to a brand new bike :)

Ivy has decided in the last few days that 'no' is the answer to everything. Ahh the terrible 2s and only 1 week to her birthday :)

I saw a pic of his first birthday face today, its amazing how much they can change in one year. Beautiful poorly, snotty little people.

Avoided a nearly full on meltdown today because his thomas wouldnt atick to other train bits, im a genius, i used blu tac :-D

Lovely pics! Happy birthday to your DD MsBug and to X for the 29th Birdies, and to your DS for tomorrow apples.

Been awol as have had the lurgy too :( Bloody miserable. DD and I still have nasty cough and snot galore. We were meant to go to PILs at the weekend but I couldn't move so didn't go. We're going to my sister's tomorrow until Boxing Day then SIL coming on Saturday, then my parents' on Sunday and then PIL coming up the weekend after.

We gave DD her IKEA kitchen the other day and she loves it. Just need to get some more pretend food now. She's made us dinner a few times!

Ds2 had a good day and absolutely loves his new bike. He and ds1 were dressed and out on their bikes by 9. Felt a bit sad though as I wasn't with them but its all part of growing up and me letting go a bit. Ivy had a blast in the box :)

Am sitting ip now waiting for them all to go to sleep so I can liberate the stocking presents ftom our room and fill the stockings. Was reading a thread about where people put them wish I hadn't started out putting them on beds as its a realky nervewracking experience! Didn't occur to me not to though so I will wait!

Oh dear. We are hanging them on the doorknob. Just spent a slightly pissed hour putting presents under the tree and filling the stockings. I've had rather too much wine and now have to creep quietly upstairs to put the stockings back. Ita doomed to failure isn't it?

I stupidly got into bed while waiting to be sure dd1 is asleep, don't want to get back out now! ! the boys were fast asleep but they are deeper sleepers than dd1. Hope you get done soon

Hahaa, can tell u habe older kiddiwinkles. Put poorly dexter to bed at half seven walked into next room grabbed four or five small stocking sized wrapped presents cars/trains slip them into stocking on his door on tge way back down stairs to my vodka bottle. I have since moved it to his cot but im thinking for future ease to leave it on his door nob.

Dp felt at 8.30 it was too late to build the ikea kitchen, fuming, ive given plenty of warning now my dad will have to do it (which he wont mind one bit) i think ive said befoee about food, how i said we werent doing wood this year, i crocheted some and got an amazon black friday deal on melissa n doug felt food.saw it n decided ro give up the home made effort lazy
