Talking of cocks, DH is feeling a lot better in that department. It works again without pain.

PetiteRaleuse · 06/06/2014 06:55

Guten tag. Am off to the shops in Germany.

Good that there are some healthy cocks around.

PetiteRaleuse · 06/06/2014 06:56

Good luck wanda

ValiumQueen · 06/06/2014 07:12

J has been in his big boy bed for some time now, and he still needs to be returned to his bed at bedtime. Sometimes it is just a couple of times, sometimes he puts every ounce of his energy in it, but we are consistent. And it works. And we all sleep so much better. He has now bonded with a soft toy and that is helping so much. Iggle Piggle I love you.

Pikz · 06/06/2014 07:18

Hahaha VQ I could have written your message except god bless macca pacca Grin

ValiumQueen · 06/06/2014 07:29

God bless ITNG full stop!!!

Wandathewindfairy · 06/06/2014 07:42

I don't know about bed transition, my theory, as ever, is leave as long as possible. However with the cot hatred that goes on here I can see why some might want to do it. DD 2 would still be In A cot now if she could get away with it and often climbs Into Os and curls up.

I too hope the gp is kind to me not holding out much hope I never ever go to the gp and tbh I wouldn't normally go for a sore throat, it is the added glands, which are getting worse not better as the other side is painful too now. As well as the added small boys I need to care for.

Mope.

Sorry for self.

Wandathewindfairy · 06/06/2014 07:42

Someone, please, tuck me up in a duvet on the sofa with daytime tv.

Pikz · 06/06/2014 07:47

< flies in to look after wanda >

StuntNun · 06/06/2014 08:16

I totally agree about leaving the transition to bed as late as possible Wanda. My SIL's DS never slept in his cot at all, they co-slept until he went into a bed of his own! But in J's case he cries in his cot and he just can't seem to settle in it. We have good days and bad days but I think he associates the cot with lying down in pain from the reflux, whereas he associates my bed with comfort and company and naps and night breastfeeds.

hello quiche,
exam done and dusted, I knew the answers so feeling confident about passingBlush . off to the court today, I have a meeting to sort out her birrh certificate here.

I was so surprised how cheap nappies are here, bought a big pack in Morrisons for 5.85, it's their own value and works perfectly. in hungary that lack would have costed me £15.

I read the thread but can't remember much. huge hugs to everyone

Elizadoesdolittle · 06/06/2014 08:36

wanda I hope the dr helps and that you feel better soon. There is nothing worse than having to look after small children when you're feeling rubbish yourself.

Quiet day today. Finishing off packing and generally slobbing around is in order I think.

Elizadoesdolittle · 06/06/2014 08:36

Great news about the exam lily

Pikz · 06/06/2014 08:51

Oooh yes bye bye cock

Pikz · 06/06/2014 08:52

Well done lily!

PurplePidjin · 06/06/2014 08:54

according to the medical advice I'll be following the best thing is fresh air, and nappies Will make no difference. if anything the fitteds with wool covers are better than plastic disposables because they let more air in. but thanks for the orders suggestion Hmm

Wandathewindfairy · 06/06/2014 09:10

Bye bye cock.

Well done lily looks like your. Rather loved having his niece yesterday

Appointment at 12:15. Am hoping nanny will come up for DS1 for a bit because the boys have major cabin fever from hanging around at home while I have been working and are winding each other up something rotten. And we have no tv signal because it is a good day.

I will have to take to Tesco to stock up on paracetamol or something if she doesn't.

Wandathewindfairy · 06/06/2014 09:11

Today was supposed to be a good day.

BigPigLittlePig · 06/06/2014 10:21

Nights done Grin

My experience of Fs nappy rash when it was bad (think, bleeding red raw, ouch) was that we tried all of the above to no avail, then daktakort hc (steroid plus antifungal) disappeared it entirely within days. Thank god for medical science!

Sprry to see you're chucking the cock, pr. more sorry to hear of fruit though (genuinely) - could you rustle up some chutneys or jam etc? Not sorry to her of valiumkings mended cock, v relieved all is fixed Wink go easy on him vq

We are sitting eating crackers in front of peppa pig, apparently the Best Thing Ever Hmm

BigPigLittlePig · 06/06/2014 10:21

I am being very gentle BP.

itsnotyouitsMeals · 06/06/2014 10:53

Not wishing to have any form of a row as I love you all, I just wanted to point out that I wasn't commenting on the specifics of anyone's particular situation, just washables in general. Weleda bum cream (as raved about by me in FB) is also amazing.

Peace.
