LOVELY ladies! I will be back later for a catch up but am flapping as MUm is coming to stay tomorrow and I am tidying and having yet another massive clear out. It's also part of project baby. Yes, she will be born in 4wks as of yest. AaaaaaaaRGH, will never get everything done!

Rubes, that sounds bloody awful. How are you today? How frightening! And Indith, that's pretty bad about the booster. How heavy is DS2? Is he particularly tall?

Thanks all - sorry I was flogged last night and went to bed. Should be studying for annual exams and detoxing plus gym but instead I drank wine and went to bed early. Leg looks ok today so ABs won't be necessary id say. Will get dh to have a look when he gets back. Arm aching from tetnus though!

Lady! I'm swamped until the 19th after my work exams and dh has the mother of all assessments around then too but guessing by then it'll be too late to get together?let me know but dd is on full days last two weeks of sept so could meet you anywhere. Yay for another Libra!! My dad is too (1st Oct)

Oh and Vag I don't get my rosters until middle of month before but I can request a particular trip middle of two months before. PM me your flight! Depending on what we are doing I might be able to request yours.

If not I'll def put a memo in to the crew about you lot

Glad you're ok Rubes, and after 19th isn't too late! I will definitely see you. In fact later in the month is better for me. Section scheduled for 8am on 1st Oct - just two days after DD2's birthday. Glad to hear of all these excellent people with 1st Oct birthdays!

Yikes Rubes that sounds pretty scary So glad your ok. I have had a dog snarling at me whilst out running although no bite. It had me pinned against a nettle bush in the woods. The owner was a complete tit about it saying I had startled the dog by running to fast. Let's fave it I'm no Mo Farah. I called her a name and told her to buy a muzzle!!

I'm actually glad to get the DCs back to school. The lack of routine dies them no good especially DS. Although he is not happy about school making his lunch now it's free. Really hope he has eaten something!!

I'm trying to lose weight and all I can think about is food. Will have a coffee to stave off pangs. I don't even think I'm hungry, just a bit bored and greedy!

I sympathise beans. I put a load on during hols. I feel so bloated! Trying to low carb & eat clean but it's dull. I've just had a coffee but still craving a pizza and a bottle if wine

Urgh. I did nothing but eat and drink. Seriously need to detox. Have weight lose. Feel awful. But I'm sat here having a glass of wine, shattered by the end of first week of school.
I've been cycling to school again but that's nothing. Gym, running and diet need to be addresses if I'm going to squeeze into this new Viv Westwood uniform at end of the month!

I have done my first week back on placement with the top of my trousers undone because I've put too much weight on eating crap and not exercising during last hellish placement and then even more hellish uni block. Good job we wear tunics that cover the evidence!

Am back to running. Trying to cut down on the crap. Better work soon, I have quite a lot of clothes I jsut can't fit in to.

oh me too. I've just bought two jumpers from Gap, which are really long and nice, but I wouldn't have been seen dead in them a few years ago. comfort wear. and all my jeans are from Tesco. I am slipping into middle aged kit gently.

DD3 is 1 in less than 2 weeks and I weigh the same as I did 2 weeks after she was born. yuck.

Urgh. Think same here beans.
Today, i found myself googling things like "what to wear in your 40's" and "mutton dressed up as lamb"

My DD1/DC3 is 8.5 months. Hard to believe.

Sybs, I swear we are so nearby these days because we're in a temporary rental (building works over running month 4 now...sense of humour failure) even closer to you then before. Near enough to Gail's in the village to drool over pastries regularly if that helps! We should try a South London meet up sometime...maybe the boys would hit it off, you never know!

I would love to do a meet up before Vag flies far away. Is that in the cards?? Can someone drop me a note on Facebook if so, as I'm crap about checking here.

Are all of us on FB? If so I might start a meet-up group there as I reckon we are more likely to get this done if we get notifications on FB as plans develop. I think that Hons may not be on FB but everyone else is. Are you on FB Hons????

FB messenger now let's you add non FB members to chat groups his their mobile numbers so maybe that's the way to do it. Hons, would you consider PM-ing me your mobile?

I wanted to do an actual FB group for us making it the "secret group" rather than just private. Way more secure / private than here. I'm in so many groups on there like that with the school and work swap groups.

Then we don't have to worry about changing names etc and can post pics without worry.

I'm fine with fb. I'd there anything wrong with just using the group we already have on there?
