On the final countdown now.. I'm shattered! I'm going to walk the girls to a crib service to tire them so they sleep tonight.

checking in to say hi. and HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!! Hope you all had a lovely time. we did.

had a sad message from my lovely godmother today, who I'm really close to and stay with quite often. her husband was one of my Dad's best friends and is really an extension of him to me, and he had a massive heart attack on 23rd and is still in hospital. v sad. he's 79 next month, but is so very full of life. I hope he pulls through. he had a small obe a week or so ago, so this is a follow up. it doesn't sound great, but am keeping everything crossed.

on a good note, all 3 DDs have had a ball this year. it was lovely.

To be fair my cousin got married last Saturday and I think I have only just sobered up!! Man I was hammered . Thankfully kids weren't invited so SIL had them and I didn't have yo look after small people. Not sure I can even face a drink tonight...
