Bugger. I really suffer from baby insomnia Hmm Bpear stirred at his usual 1:45am slot but has gone back to sleep. Once again... I have not Confused Better then a crying baby though or one attached so I expect no sympathy. I think I hear Mosquitos buzzing around...gggggrrrrr!

peardrop2 · 21/03/2014 02:41

Kitty, I've tried my friends Lindham clip gates and I could not get the hang of it at all Blush New gates arrive in the morning. I'll let you know how I get on. I should expect I'll feel a lot safer about letting him wonder upstairs! However, since he's now climbing it's never going to be safe is it!!

peardrop2 · 21/03/2014 19:20

Frus, are you going to the next sale tomorrow?

DH has just told me my sleeping days are over. Urgh I kind of knew that 10 months ago. He's such a grump Sad Bpear is waking at 5:30 again. He used to be able to be fed and put down but now every time we put him down he stands up (even when he's asleep in our arms) Confused I'm either going to have to let him CIO or feed and CIO tomorrow. Can't keep getting up at 5:30 Sad

Hmm he could probably fit the 9-12months now. I should get them out tomorrow. Which designs did you get? We have fire engines and woodland animals... Both are gorgeous and washing well Smile

bringonthetrumpets · 22/03/2014 22:38

Very poorly baby over here. Not sure what she's got. Nasty cough, runny nose, lethargic, fever and a pinpoint rash

Poor M. Hope she's better today.

Not thinking birthday presents yet but my NCT group are planning a joint birthday party in a park sometime in June, which I love the idea of.

peardrop2 · 23/03/2014 11:18

Ahh Frus, still too big Smile and I was wrong. The ones we have now are woodland and fire engines. Next size up is stripes and cars...more summery. I'll be keeping him in fire engines and cute woodland animals for a little longer Grin

Are mini cheddars so bad for our angels? Blush

peardrop2 · 23/03/2014 11:19

Bring Hmm Hope M feels better soon! And big ShockHmm for more snow!

Yes you're right Frus. Moderation is the key word! We're having 1st family sausages and mash tonight Smile

AGnu · 23/03/2014 15:07

Runt's still firmly in 6-9 clothes! Has everyone moved to bigger car seats? He's only 7.9kg at the moment so it'll be a while yet!

Not thought about a present yet but I've planned his cake! It going to be a farm so I've got lots of animals to make! Grin

kittykatsforever · 23/03/2014 16:22

I must have the bus biggun then as kitten is well and truly in the 9-12 suits, I've had to remove 6-9 as her toes are squashed, her feet fit right to the end in 9-12 and she's been in those a month or so Shock I went the next sale pear, bought much more then I needed I hardly got anything at the Boxing Day one but found loads this time. I'm trying to restrain and not keep it all darnt tell you how much I spent Blush
Kitten has been abit rashey and not happy but I think it is teeth, of the four top they are all comming at once, one is definatly out the others I can see but not sure
We are organising a joint bday/ naming day. Shame you are all over the place or we could have a big bus party!

kittykatsforever · 23/03/2014 16:23

Tiger has always loved little cheddars too Grin not tried kitten yet but she's not refused a food yet

We haven't changed car seat yet. DS is only 8.5 kg although well into 9-12 minth clothes. He's long and lean! Between 25 and 50th centiles for weight but 91st for length!

Lorelei353 · 23/03/2014 17:44

So, interesting side effect of having a baby - my eyesight has dramatically improved. My left eye has always been pretty short sighted - my right eye not too bad. I went for a regular eye test today and my left eye is much better. He immediately asked me 'have you had a baby?'. Apparently it can happen!

Apparently my lens was elongated which makes me short sighted. In pregnancy my eye ball flattened out a bit, correcting some of the problem.

kittykatsforever · 23/03/2014 19:51

Wow isn't that strange lor!
Has anyone else had the 9 month check yet? We've ours tomorrow
