BP I thought you would have given your profession! I just wondered as my wee niece's reflux always started to react to acidic food just as she was out growing her meds dose.

Zamboni arrrgh Envy I HATE gas lighting! And involving family - cringe! Textbook man child Brew Brew Brew Brew Brew

Elizadoesdolittle · 02/02/2014 10:41

zamboni what a childish cock. I would be embarrassed beyond belief if my DH behaved like that. Embarrassed for him, you have nothing to be ashamed of.

DD1 has just gone off to Godstone farm for the day with my mum. DH is playing golf so it's just me and E for the day. I have no idea what to do. The sun is shining so I think I'll go for a walk and pick up stuff for a Sunday roast. Been a while since we've had one of those. Probably the last one that we will have in this house.

BigPigLittlePig · 02/02/2014 13:23

Have been spring cleaning and having a move round the past few days (reaction to being overtired) and am loving snoozing in the sun in my now much lighter, roomier, front room.

How are things going Zamboni?

Highlight of my day - buying a mop Hmm
Low point - discovering dog sick in the car Envy

Passmethecrisps · 02/02/2014 14:35

Weird bp! I am doing exactly the same. Tidying, not snoozing. P is doing us the favour of napping

Elizadoesdolittle · 02/02/2014 16:38

well both DD1 and DH were back earlier than expected. Luckily I managed to be out as ì popped into my sisters on way back from shop for a cuppa. DD1 and DH were making carrot cake when I got back! God the mess....

StuntNun · 02/02/2014 17:09

zamboni huge hugs! how was the day? I read your post in the morning but didn't have the chance to reply back.

Had a lovely day with my family. Cousin came over too, he broke up with his girlfriend of 6 years and it was nice to chat. He is ok, not worried about his broken heart at all.

Than my sis came with her kids and we went tipi see my aunty who is 93 today,p. Than swimming pool w my dad, so afterall a very productive day.

PetiteRaleuse · 02/02/2014 18:02

Really? Wow.

I slept for two hours this afternoon. Was fab.

PurplePidjin · 02/02/2014 18:56

Power cut just fubarred my wifi, will try to remember post Hmm

Bath is awesome, my mum treated me to a couple of days there a few years ago

Erm...

We went to kiddicare today, it completely overstimulated R, to the point where he couldn't feed himself to sleep and i had to sit here listening to him cry - he was batting me away so i couldn't even do anything to help him settle Sad not impressed with their clothes for boys, very grey/blue/dull. Same in sainsbugs but at least that was all on the points; can't believe I'm buying him 18-24 already, he was 5 months before he wore 3-6 Shock

PetiteRaleuse · 02/02/2014 19:29

Watching arachnophobia

Passmethecrisps · 02/02/2014 19:42

Evening ladies.

How are things this evening zamboni?

I used to like sainsbury's clothes pp but this last few months they have been pretty dull. Lots of pink and cutesy. I have been struggling to get plain long sleeved vests in bright colours - can't get them anywhere.

DH and I spent the day tidying and cleaning. It was so needing done and we have only scratched the surface. It feels good to have started though. P is another over tired baby who is crying out in frustration at not being asleep yet. Going in just makes her worse so we sit poised waiting to see if it is just a mump or if she needs us.

I am going to take a proper look at your thread pr.

We have a family issues ongoing which I keep meaning to share on Facebook but then think "meh. It's a long boring story" but poor DH is in a rotten position.

BigPigLittlePig · 02/02/2014 19:48

Share Pass, lord knows I've bored the pants off you lot so feel free to return the favour lol.

PR, dh suggested watching that film but no, just no. I watched it once, many many years ago and still can picture parts of it far too vividly.

F has been shattered lately too, have had to wake her after 3 hr naps on me both afternoons this weekend. Growth spurt?

Zamboni · 02/02/2014 19:50

Hi all. Banging headache and on my own tonight Sad so am off to bed. Will update FB instead of here.

ChasingDaisy · 02/02/2014 20:02

Oh Zamboni Sad Big hugs x

Evilwater · 02/02/2014 20:06

Had a good day here, but N has been fickle. Cried cause he wanted to go out, then cried when he was out Confused he's eaten ok, and not drank loads. He's been very attached to me too. Blush

Should I go with him to drs and ask for more antibiotics????

I have a VERY BUSY day.
Things to do;
Take n to his dads,
Clean the top half of the house,
Do washing, and take it to my parents not forgetting the broken shoes,
Pick up N,
Go to bank and sort out account that p puts money into,
Pick up prescription for gaviscon,
Go to play group,
Sort out bag for overnight stay for N and his bag for nusery tomorrow,
Go over and drop off n to parents, have a meal over there.
Then go to work for a night shift.

Watching the first episode of the new series of The Following. Scary stuff.

GTbaby · 02/02/2014 20:56

Never heard the term gas lighting before. Had to google it once when pr used it. Although I think I told u that at the time.

Ill share a funny story with ya.
Xbf start dating a girl who I didn't like. His sis told me about it. I was outraged he was with her. I called my bestie to unload the rage. She already knew. I had told her a few months before! I forget everything.

BigPigLittlePig · 02/02/2014 21:12

Elizadoesdolittle · 02/02/2014 22:14

It's quiet on here tonight. Am shattered so off for an early night too. Sleep tight all x

PetiteRaleuse · 02/02/2014 22:53

I've been reading but have popped a sleeper. Busy week ahead as guests etc are here and we'll be driving about quite a bit to see stuff. My girls need some proper family fun, and I need to get my confidence back. Will read and check in when I can. xx

PetiteRaleuse · 02/02/2014 22:55

Just watched The Following season two episode two. Very freaky.

Thechick · 02/02/2014 22:55

Hello all. Have just skimmed, will read properly tomo.

We don't have stair gates up. We bought them ages ago, but just havent put them up yet. My LO isn't walking, he can crawl pretty fast though. I'm teaching him how to get up and down the stairs on his own. Do you think we still need them.

Gt I would love to know how people get their babies to sleep by 7, especially those that work. I don't get home till about 6.45, dh about an hour before . He comes home from nursery about 6 and by the time he's had dinner and his food has settled it's 7.30/8 and time for a bath. Op
