Nice one Chasing. Shall keep some fingers crossed for you.

Sorry to hear of brunyos catastrophe, hope he isn't too soggy now.

Ooh VQ I love a good charity shop bargain. Where we live, actual shops are a bit shit. But there are some cracking charity shops, including one that has just opened which sells only kids things.

Sophia sorry to hear of culinary disasters, and colds. May it be swift.

PR constipation? You know what to do!

So last night I became aware that Fs reflux was not too bad, and she was potentially playing me for a bit of a mug. So I decided that I would stay in her room once she woke, but that she would be in her cot, I would sleep on the floor. She was quite pissed off with his idea. She woke at 10ish, 3 hours later she finally went back to sleep. Good job I'm stubborn. It fair broke my heart though, as she just wanted a cuddle. But for the sake of everyone, somehing has to change. Anyhoo, once she'd gone to sleep, we both slept soundly for the first time in weeks, until the alarm went off.

ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 20:03

BP sounds like you are not the only stubborn one Smile

Chasing that sounds ideal. Fingers crossed for you x

Elizadoesdolittle · 10/02/2014 20:10

Been busy emptying draws of crap and various chargers/bits of computer equipment.

Haha vq I love the crazy things that kids come out with. Sorry you haven't been put on the shortlist. They are the losers in this.

Kids are in bed and I have 30mins to myself before DH comes home. So what do I do...watch Eastenders. I haven't watched it for years well I occasionally watch it when DH isn't around, he hates it. I never knew that Carol was Max's sister.

I've got so much to do this week and I keep arranging to meet up with various people. I really must learn to say no!

ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 20:33

Thank you Smile

If a baby is allergic to dairy do you think it is appropriate to let said baby make shortbread, with butter? Especially when the mummy has said he is not to?

BigPigLittlePig · 10/02/2014 21:02

Probably as appropriate as it would be to rub butter on their bruises VQ stupid mil and her old wives tales

ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 21:13
ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 21:14

Where were you hiding?

ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 21:15

He has come out in hives in various places where he no doubt touched after playing with the flipping butter. Not happy.

ValiumQueen · 10/02/2014 21:15

I need to write a strong letter I think. But I have wine so am off to do naughty things to my husband.

Elizadoesdolittle · 10/02/2014 23:08

I've eaten half a box of roses tonight pidj. I must have known you needed chocolate company! The lady buying my house bought them for me to thank me for letting her come round and measure up today. In the process DD1 informed her that we had a leaky toilet (it is fixed now, but a bit of a bodge job) and that we have a big crack in the window and lots in the ceiling. I bet she wanted to take the chocolates back after her visit!

TheDetective · 11/02/2014 00:24

We don't have the monitor anymore.

Blush

It broke.

We haven't got round to replacing it.

I think I will need one for the next dairy challenge/sleep regression.

Grin

For now, sleep is good. Early starts for last 4 weeks though. When I say early, I mean 7.30. He was doing 9-10am at one point Grin. Then it was 8.30. But been 7.30 since DS1 was back to school after christmas.

Saying that, he woke at 7.30 this morning, I shoved DP in the back signalling that it was his turn to get up, and the next thing I knew, it was 9am. I rushed out of bed and as I reached the door I heard O just quietly jabbering away to himself. He was happy as larry. All his stuff was out the cot, but he was fine. I can only assume he either went back to sleep, or sat there and waited for us.

Which is odd. Confused.

We might need to rehome Jesus. He's a little shit. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do with him. He basically doesn't like people. He attacks from nowhere. He launched a running jump at DS1 as he was eating ham yesterday, and cut all his lip.

He constantly picks on O Hmm. Who gives as good as he gets, and seems to enjoy it weirdo but he's covered in scratches, and I mean COVERED. His poor legs are shredded.

Jesus is not a people person. He's not really compatible with young children. He's fine with the dog, although the dog knows it's place. I think it is O who is causing the problem.

Going to try one last tactic.

But I think he needs a home with no little children :( Which makes me very sad. I wish he'd stop being a little shit.

Yesterday he attacked a visitor as she stood in the hallway. He was on the stairs, and attacked through the banisters. Fucker.

GTbaby · 11/02/2014 00:50

He still isn't home. Called him and he is well ,pissed out of his head. Sad I'm going to sleep. Fx he doesn't try to come into bedroom

GTbaby · 11/02/2014 00:52

He has just got home. I will not get out of bed. I will not talk to him.

GTbaby · 11/02/2014 00:58

Heard a loud bang. After last time had to check on him rather then risk his dad finding him passed out on floor.

A is asleep in cot. And I'm wasting my precious sleep time angry at him.

ValiumQueen · 11/02/2014 07:00

Oh GT, FH really needs to grow up Angry

Waking early at 7.30 Det? You are truly blessed. I am not at all envious. No, not me. Not in the slightest.

Zamboni · 11/02/2014 07:32

Yeah me too VQ. S treated me to a lie in today. 0530 Grin
