Wake up 3. This is a ff. so hoping it will fill him up and knock him out. Been doing this a few nights. Some it works. Some it doesn't.

Argh. I need to sleep.

GTbaby · 04/02/2014 02:08

Epic fail. First time giving size 3teat. Puked after. First proper puke in ages. Then in cot just squirming. He isn't burping.
He is now asleep on my chest. Fml.
Need to try burp him again.

Mil ranted at FH earlier. He deserved it. He has a few drink every night before bed. And I agree with her it is silly. But WHY THE FUCK does she need to then criticise me? I'm in bed. I've never drank around her. Moaning at him "you never do anything" then I get bought into it "as for your wife..."
Argh.
So I start a game with you lovely ladies. End the sentence ??!???
As for your wife

  • she puts up with my bull shit every day.
  • how on earth did that saint agree to marry you.
  • she gave me two amazing grand kids.

Sry rambling. I could hear her from my bed room. And it's playing on my mind. So I'm not sleeping. 5more weeks.

Lily311 · 04/02/2014 04:58

As for your wife, she is the most awesome woman you could have ever got. You better start seeing that and start treating her like a princess. Surely this is the only thing she could have said.

bp we had bath screams many times. Having a bath together and let O sit on my lap helped.

Night terrors, we are in the club, she has them. It's awful, and I'd do anything to stop them. Not sure what causes it.

sophia it's fine! I'm sure!
vq you made me laugh! hope you played a little.

StuntNun · 04/02/2014 07:12

"As for your wife, you had better start treating her right son. You're not too big for me to spank you know."

As for your wife she deserves diamonds this valentines day...

ChasingDaisy · 04/02/2014 08:52

As for your wife, do you realise how incredible she is?

I appear to have my first ever case of heartburn. Ouch. It bloody hurts. I ate tomatoes for the first time in a long time last night. Is that a likely culprit?

ditsygal · 04/02/2014 09:07

as for your wife - She is a superwoman for managing 2 LO's so close together- treat her like the goddess she is, and shower her with gifts!

Bath times - we are lucky, he loves them and its actually one of the calmest times of day for us. He likes to lie back with his head/ears under water and just his face sticking out - he stays like this for ages! But swimming pools are a completely different ball game - we have restarted and quit again swimming lessons twice!

GTbaby · 04/02/2014 09:48

Worse night since new born days Confused up again at 4.30 and 6 we are still in bed. Better get up. Back is killing me

ditsygal · 04/02/2014 10:12

Brew GT

Lily311 · 04/02/2014 11:22

Sometimes I hate to be a home owner. Electrician was out, need to pay £180. Grrr. Built in wardrobe arriving in an hour, I'm so excited.

Also sleeping bag arrived, she won't grow out this one for a while. Lollipop has a sale on ebay if anyone interested, they are now half price. It seems good quality but than I use their nappies and am very happy with those as well.

Elizadoesdolittle · 04/02/2014 12:56

As for your wife - she's fucking amazing. Ok, maybe your mil wouldn't of sworn. What did she actually say?

ditsy E went through a faze of not liking swimming. Just after Christmas she cried on and of for the whole lesson and looked like she hated every second of it. I couldn't understand it as she loved it before Christmas. We seem to have turned a corner in the past couple of weeks. She isn't keen on being dunked now but she's happy splashing about and coming in from the side. I think it started one week when I took her and she was ill but I didn't realise she was poorly at the time. Hopefully his love of baths will eventually follow through to swimming. Don't give up completely. Perhaps just take him swimming without going to a structured lesson. Just splash about and have fun.

GTbaby · 04/02/2014 13:06

She can just about look after her children, neither of you help in any way, you just sit around. Sad

ditsygal · 04/02/2014 13:43

Yep that's what I thought Eliza. I'm going to find somewhere to swim with him just for fun and not in a lesson. I think half of it was the teacher taking the children off us all the time to dunk them, turn them etc and he really hates that. He also likes to be able to touch the bottom I think so I want to find somewhere with a baby pool or with steps he can sit on and the work up to the deeper water!

Sophiathestormfairy · 04/02/2014 13:53

S for your wife, she needs to be in her own home not putting up with a pile of shit from the likes of me every day.

Love ya gt you are doing marvellously. Xx

Lily311 · 04/02/2014 14:08

Love you too gt, I think you are awesome and h and a are lucky to have you as their mummy, xxx

ChasingDaisy · 04/02/2014 14:10

GT, I am so sorry that you have to put up with this shit. You are amazing. Never forget it x

Sophiathestormfairy · 04/02/2014 15:10

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh the Key European City people have asked for my cv. Aaahhhhhh I still don't have one.

So you can guess what I will be doing tonight.

Any hints and tips on spectacular cv writing? Send them this way.

PetiteRaleuse · 04/02/2014 15:13

Insomnia arsed up my night. Am a zombie today. Spent the night preparing for different rtw scenarios.

Elizadoesdolittle · 04/02/2014 15:15

oh my word gt I can't believe she would say such a thing. I'm sure you'd cope a damn sight better if you weren't living with your horrid mil. And anyway, you're coping bloody marvellously.

ditsy The first thing that happened in our lessons were that we would hand the babies to the teacher whilst we climbed into the pool. E started freaking out when the teacher walked into the changing room so instead of handing her over I've been letting her sit on the side whilst I get in the pool. This has worked a lot better. E doesn't go to the teacher at all now. I do everything.

Pikz · 04/02/2014 16:33

Sophia two pages max. Tell them not just what you can do but also what makes you special. Grammar and spelling very important.

Happy to read through

Sophiathestormfairy · 04/02/2014 18:13

Great ta pikz

ditsygal · 04/02/2014 20:00

Sophia tailor it to the job, so put in the key words that are on the job description when describing yourself or responsibilies and then back it up with evidence.

PetiteRaleuse · 04/02/2014 20:54

soph I love CV and interview coaching. Just saying.

GTbaby · 04/02/2014 21:16

Your right, I do well. I look after my kids. They are relatively clean Wink they are always fed, always cuddled always played with. Never ignored. I do fucking brilliantly. I am not a domestic goddess, but I would do better if she wasn't hear.
The house is always clean and tidy.

BigPigLittlePig · 04/02/2014 21:32

As for your wife, I wish I was half as amazing as her?
