I also have a secret Santa thingy, so thank you to whoever nominated me. Made my day :-)

Just letting you know I am ok. Work good, J competing with Izzys J for the shittiest sleeper award so I am off to sleep. Hopefully x

PetiteRaleuse · 16/10/2013 20:38

vq Flowers for the shit nights. He'll turn one next week right? 12 month bastarding growth spurt/regression. LO was a pita all weekend and am fairly sure it was due to that.

Pikz · 16/10/2013 21:38

Big hugs VQ.

Nooooo no 12 month regression/ shut sleep thingy. We are just through the 9 month one!!

GTbaby · 16/10/2013 21:44

3 months! Fucking hell. A nosy around netmumsBlush has revealed that babies start feeding quicker around the three month mark. Slight panic setting in.

PurplePidjin · 16/10/2013 22:27

I'm sure it's the body's way of telling us to sit the fuck down and recover from childbirth gt Wink

Kirrin · 16/10/2013 22:34

mm that's exactly what happened in my second driving test - I touched the kerb in my reversing manoeuvre and assumed I had therefore failed, so relaxed and drove without a care in the worked for the rest of it. I was gob smacked when he told me I'd passed.
I have a one hour commute at the moment and I definitely see it as me time :)

Apologies pr for having this face >> Grin when reading about your morning.
But sympathy for it spoiling your child free time.

chasing 'out of your league guy' needs a new name - that one simply won't do! How about 'well within reach guy' ?

Secret Santa nominations sound lovely!

Sorry you're having shit nights VQ

I'm off to bed now - I planned to go about an hour ago but made the mistake of sitting down with the iPad first!

YellowWellies · 16/10/2013 22:59

VQ I think we're in 12 month regression hell too combined with 3 teeth. Worst regression so far here. Hopefully short and swift. Seeing him 4+ times a night - always stood up and waving at the cot. It ties in with him thinking about cruising, 3 teeth, trace dairy and the end of a D&V bug. I got 4 or 5 hours last night - worst night on record! Seen him twice tonight so far - let's hope its all front loaded. Still from other regressions I know he'll be sleeping thru / back to at most one waking in a fortnight. He fookin better!

GTbaby · 16/10/2013 23:00

If I promise to sit the fuck down do you think my body and baby will decide I can sit without the boob attachment.

YellowWellies · 16/10/2013 23:01

GT stick to your October goal and don't think about three months away. Don't sweat stuff that far down the line - loads of babies are much quicker. Hope your boobs are feeling better!

YellowWellies · 16/10/2013 23:02

GT nope! Sorry Wink sitting meant norks out for the first month here. Get some chocolate Smile

GTbaby · 16/10/2013 23:39

It's times like this I wish I lived alone. Surrounded by ppl at my house and at my mums. A bit of a faff trying to latch on under a cover. Made easier with a nipple shield.
Must start thinking about weaning off those. But so much easier other then the end of feed leaking.
If they can get me through this difficult period tho might just stick with them.

MissMummy1 · 17/10/2013 00:51

All this talk of driving... I am not long in from a horrific 3.5hr journey down flooded motorways in torrential rain. I reckon I have left nail marks in the steering wheel Shock Still, had an absolutely perfect day, topped off with finding out I got my job!!! Grin Grin Grin

PS wellies' A is just beautiful! please dont walk for a while longer M

misslaughalot · 17/10/2013 01:58

Ugh, 5th wake up of the night and it's not even 2am Sad

misslaughalot · 17/10/2013 02:47

Number 6. Don't think I have the strength to do this tonight.

misslaughalot · 17/10/2013 05:33

And number 7. At least she just slept for two and a half hours...

Sophiathesnowfairy · 17/10/2013 07:11

Oh dear miss doesn't sound like you will be laughing much today Brew

I am going to have to juggle Os routine today. Let's hope it works. Nursery settling in is 12:45 right in the muddle of the lunch time sleep. So I think I will give him a bumper morning nap and a catch up hour late mid afternoon. Only way I can work out how to do it. Let's just hope it works.

ChasingDaisy · 17/10/2013 07:26

Oh dear miss that sounds awful Brew

Four hours sleep had here so feeling pretty knackered. But have a visit from lily to look forward to so I'm sure that will keep me awake Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 17/10/2013 08:27

Morning quiche. Sorry for bad nights. Enjoy your nmeet up in MK.
I was going to go back to the shopping centre today but the subway craving has passed. Need to go to the supermarket tomorrow though so will have a good browse then. Right now am cold so am going back to bed.

YellowWellies · 17/10/2013 08:29

Only one waking after I'd gone to bed. Thank gawd. Maybe we're coming out the other side of this? Whatever this is. I daren't have my weekly Mars bar on Friday - sleep is better. Just in case it's that.

Sophiathesnowfairy · 17/10/2013 08:29

Have a great day chasing

Pikz · 17/10/2013 08:59
