Grin At it bring magic. Clocks change in a week I think. They go back.

itsMYNutella · 19/10/2013 21:54

Stacks definitely magic! Grin

Spotty sorry that you're sad about DS stopping feeding. I am sad about stopping feeding DS. But I know it will make us both happy in the long run.

We have just washed 60 odd glass test tube type thingies - I only broke 1! Smile Then filled them with groovy personalised M&Ms. Now just got to cut out the labels and write names on the labels and there we go. wedding. favours. done!

Anyone have tips on cleaning white wedding shoes? Broke them in dancing last night and they have a few little scuffs on them... Although I'm sure no one will be able to see them under the dress let alone get close enough to inspect them.....

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 19/10/2013 21:56

It's really weird because J self settled from 10w-20w and then just decided not to anymore!

Nutella I've got that sorted. I started this thread earlier. Grin

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 19/10/2013 22:22

Next door have gone out and locked their yappy dog in the house. I am going out if my mind listening to it. I hate them soooooooo much.

itsMYNutella · 19/10/2013 22:32

Thanks for the thread Willyou it made me chuckle Smile

Can you not go round and post dog food through the letter box to keep the dog happy?? Or failing that frosties or something similar to keep your neighbours entertained when they do get home?

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 19/10/2013 22:40

The poor little yappy bastard thing just wants a wee I think Nutella, he's not normally this bad. I am AngryAngryAngry

PurplePidjin · 19/10/2013 22:50

I take R off drowsy, then pop him down. Sometimes it takes 10-15 minutes and help from me, sometimes he sighs and snuggles up. He self settles once his clean nappy is on at 4, usually by the time I've washed my hands.

It's taken a lot of persuading from me to get him there though and i live in fear of him losing the ability Hmm

WLmum · 19/10/2013 23:09

stacks that stretch sounds mega cute.
willyou loving the Jc superstar theme idea!

ISpyPlumPie · 19/10/2013 23:40

Have finally got a phone that can cope with the mnet app so should be better at keeping up now (though bound to make loads of comedy mistakes on it Grin )

Massive congratulations Stacks

Spotty - hope you're feeling ok about stopping feeding. Think I'll have very mixed emotions when the time comes.

Nutella - good luck with the wedding prep. Your favours sound fab.

Willyou - we have a constantly yapping canine neighbour too so you have my sympathy. Tbh I'm so used to it that I don't really notice it anymore but it drives DH potty.

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 19/10/2013 23:44

How are you feeling ISpy?

ISpyPlumPie · 19/10/2013 23:49

Not too bad thanks. Not as itchy as I was which is a bonus. Getting blood test results on Mon so fx there's nothing too dodgy going on.

lazzaroo · 20/10/2013 06:22

Very worried about clock change. Especially as baby lazza likes to get up at 5am...which will be 4am Confused and we will have to deal with it at at the in-laws!

SpookyTeacakes · 20/10/2013 06:39

Ds woke at 6:10 this morning to make up for yesterday Hmm

WLmum · 20/10/2013 07:04

Urgh 3 wakes (and feeds) from T and 2 from dd2. Then had to go in to tell dd1&2 to stop arguing at 6.15. Tired.

SpookyTeacakes · 20/10/2013 07:13

Yuck WL.

I dreamt dp said we could have another baby Hmm

Stacks · 20/10/2013 07:36

Bad night from T, not sure if he's ill or what, but loads of waking and screaming.

I need a short rant about my bloody useless DH. We agreed that last night he'd do the wake ups, and have a lie in this morning. So, first wake up he leaves the bloody monitor on with T screaming while he goes through to the nursery - leaving both bedroom doors open. So I've got 20 minutes listening to screaming in stereo. I have a go at him when he comes back to bed, so next wake up he puts the monitor on hold, but still leaves the doors open. Screaming plus beeping monitor. Argh. Every bloody wake up I was just laying there angry with him. I still got up to feed 4 times to stop the screaming.
When I silently deal with the wake ups every other bloody night, if DH gets woken up at all he complains about the beep from the monitor on hold - which I turn upside down and hide under my pillow so it's as quiet as possible.

I'm just so angry that he hasn't thought about me at all. He hasn't considered the noise in the bedroom and if I'll be able to sleep.

Ok, rant over. As you were.

Stacks · 20/10/2013 07:48

ISpy hope your blood test results come back clear. Also, woo for new phone, what did you get? I hate the MN app, the mobile website is much better IMO.

WL sorry you're so tired too. Quiet day today? I'm hoping for a nap this afternoon while DH takes DS somewhere.

Spooky maybe it's a premonition? Did you have a good night apart from the dream?

Lazz I hope the babies adapt quick. T is up at 5 every day for a feed too, though I'm really lucky and he usually goes back to sleep after till 7.

SpookyTeacakes · 20/10/2013 07:51

Not likely stacks. Dp has said no more. Yes ds has been sleeping through since seven months (sorry Blush). Having a pretty good thunder storm right now!

Stacks · 20/10/2013 08:15

T has been sleeping through since 7 months too, apart from this last week. He's got a horrible sore bum today, and his nappies have been awful. Teething maybe? We still don't have any teeth.

WLmum · 20/10/2013 08:26

stacks that is rubbish and exactly what my DH is like. Long ago I gave up trying to get him/let him help at night as it used to just piss me off and either I'd be so cross I couldn't sleep or I'd have to get up to sort out hysterical children anyway.
Busy day ahead with swimming lessons, shopping (for) and guests. Hopefully will be too busy to notice being tired. I suspect teeth for Ts extras wake ups as she was chewing on her finger.
Pouring rain here too - loving my new heated airer!

SpookyTeacakes · 20/10/2013 08:52

Sounds like teeth stacks.

Dd is singing along to Miley Cyrus' wrecking ball Confused

itsMYNutella · 20/10/2013 09:18

Stacks if my DP did that I would be very unhappy! He deserves a thump, you can blame pregnancy hormones or say "no, I didn't thump you, unless I did it while I was asleep" and then make an innocent Blush face. :)

We had about 4 wake ups last night but it somehow still seemed like a calm night. I am sure DS has teeth coming. We've been out of nighttime cloth for a while because he gets so red overnight otherwise :( I'm hoping once the teeth pop through it will settle down. He is giving his bits a good scratch almost everytime we take a nappy off.

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 20/10/2013 09:28

Glad you're feeling less itchy Ispy, hopefully the blood results come back with something helpful.

Not a great night here. It would've been fine other than the fact that next door only shut their dog up at 1:30 then started chatting, dropping people off at home etc. finally got to sleep at 2:30 (j up for bottle 2-2:30) then DS got up at 7. Yawn.

DP's trying to get him back to sleep now as he's so tired

ISpyPlumPie · 20/10/2013 10:01

Went for the Galaxy S4 mini in the end. Was going to get an iPhone but got a better deal on this one and just wanted something with a decent camera and a browser that doesn't crash every two minutes. Starting to see what you mean about the app though - it's a pain not being able to bookmark anything.

Sounds like there were some bad nights last night. Sleepy dust all round tonight

WillYouDoTheMonsterMash · 20/10/2013 10:09

Grin DP's put DS down for a nap. He's coming down, definitely. Not going to sleep, oh no. He'll just be a m.... >SNORE<

So I've got the telly to myself and am watching a bit if XFactor. Oh it's cringy, Kingsland Road's performance is officially the tackiest, campest thing ever. And to top it off they've thrown a bouquet to Louis Walsh, tongues will wag!
