MM has posted on FB

Kyz · 07/08/2013 21:24

That would be great vq thankyou :) I just thought it looked like you got alot, I will look at their fb page and pp I clearly need to have a look at the other nappies as it took me ages to work out what you meant by AIO! I shall tell dp he has no excuse then pp!

VQ I do try to do that, I ask someone to entertain the top end if someone is about, or I give him a clean nappy or his trousers as he wants something to play with stuff in his mouth! I definitely need to get into the habit of checking his wipes before starting a nappy change as I always seem to be at the end of a bloody packet!

Start here, and try a few. Different brands suit different babies, bit like shoes, so don't buy an expensive kit without trying that type first.

Kyz · 07/08/2013 21:34

cheers pp :)

ValiumQueen · 07/08/2013 21:34

I have at least five wipes opened and separated. More often than not most get put back, but sometimes you need more. I am quite glad he is on gaviscon as it makes his poos easier to manage.

ValiumQueen · 07/08/2013 21:35

With bamboo you would need about 20 of the fuckers as they take so long to dry.

I am a pocket girl Grin

ValiumQueen · 07/08/2013 21:36

Must sleep.

Night night Smile

TheDetective · 07/08/2013 21:39

Kyz · 07/08/2013 21:44

off to bed too, night night! Thanks for the nappy advice :)

hope all is well sophia :)

TheDetective · 07/08/2013 21:48

O was a right PITA to put to sleep tonight.

I also have the worlds most useless black out blind.

So shit, that I am taking it down and taking it back to fucking Argos. Pile of crap.

It lets in the same amount of light that was there before it was up. What's the point in that? Also. It doesn't roll up or down.

PetiteRaleuse · 07/08/2013 22:15

PetiteRaleuse · 07/08/2013 22:16

Just went and got my boys back from the airport, feel very happy and relaxed and knackered.

TheDetective · 07/08/2013 23:00

Hmm So she buys a black shirt for 99p, and complains about hair and fluff? Does she realise that black stuff tends to do that?!

Hasn't she heard of sellotape?!

MissMummy1 · 07/08/2013 23:06

The top was immaculate. I knew she was a nightmare right from the start, took a week to pay then asked for it to be sent first class - which like a mug I did. Weirdo.

PetiteRaleuse · 07/08/2013 23:12

And this is why I don't do ebay.

what was deleted?

PurplePidjin · 08/08/2013 04:49

Yeah what got deleted?

R slept 7:15-3:45 but is being a nightmare to get back down. He's had calpol and water and is fine when sleeping on me but i want my bed!!

Lily311 · 08/08/2013 05:13

kyz you really need to try different ones, I hated the little lamb ones as they took days to dry out. Same as lollipop bamboo. I also tried mothereas and one life nappies but didn't like the 2 part system, it made her look very bulky. i found bumgenius great but i wouldn't pay the price. I love lollipop pop'n'gro pocket ones and also eBay cheapie pocket ones, I now have over 20 and wash every 3rd/4th day. You need a minimum of 13 to last you for 2 days and microfibre inserts dry out within hours. With lollipop you can get seconds on eBay for half the price or check their websites as they often do promotions. eBay cheapie one, I use the seller yellowbloom, can highly recommend, the nappies cost £3-£4 each. Try Velcro and poppers, minky and printed, I like all but some have preferences.

Good night here, she is still asleep.

Pikz · 08/08/2013 06:35

I hate teeth and 9 month growth spurt and massive developmental leap all in one. Up every 45mins from 12-6. Am dead on my feet Hmm

TheDetective · 08/08/2013 06:55

It was MM's eBay link?!

I'm feeling watched. Hmm

O did 8-6.30. Woke me up shouting bababa louder and louder! Grin

Kyz · 08/08/2013 07:07

Morning all, 7-6:50 here :) woo! Will catch up soon, looks like a quiet night though which I hope means good nights!
