Birdies, I feel guilty too about how little time and patience I now have for DS. I've found he loves those Orchard games, like 'Shopping List' so I play those with him with DD on my lap - he loves it and only takes about 10 minutes
. Other than that it's his train set or happyland and as he's outgrown naps I put a film on for an hour. DH often works long hours so some days have been hard going; I find the days go better if I go out, even if I don't feel like it! Thankfully DD is very content and doesn't complain too often. DS was the opposite!
I'm expecting to go back to 'work' (like this is a picnic!) in January - I work 3 days a week, which I find a reasonable balance.
We have 3 bottom teeth here since 4 months! She was very clingy for a couple of days, but all gone quiet since. She's growing up too fast, life goes by too quickly
