although that is actually hilarious when they capture the correct context

PetiteRaleuse · 05/06/2013 13:49

yes, it is

Yay, the cats are sorted for the holidays :)

horseylady · 05/06/2013 13:53

Yes he's sat on my big horse. I tried him on the little pony but he was having none of it (the pony).

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 14:06

(((meals)))

Lovely toddler chat Smile

S'up Detective?

O is shattered after having his friend from next door over to play. They. completely order each other and there wasn't even a hint of tears from Oscar, even when little Z was 'stroking' his face and pulling his socks off. He cries if his cousin gets close to him. It's funny how he prefers certain people to others. Not surprising perhaps as it is human nature and he is a little human.

So I settled me and O on the sofa for his big nap and then realised I haven't got a fork. Am eating pasta with my hands Blush Hmm

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 14:32

stunt has DS1 had his trumpet exam yet?

TheDetective · 05/06/2013 14:46

Just DP. As per.

It's clearly too much trouble to look after O today. I bend over and I feel dizzy and sick. So since he is ya know, on fucking paternity leave, he can do O's care today can't he? Given this week I have taken him out both monday, tuesday, and tomorrow, so he has had loads of time to HIS FUCKING SELF.

Cunt.

And I still feel fucking sick.

Brockle · 05/06/2013 14:51

ds1 used to call shoes ooshes and camels mukels Grin toddlers are extremely cute, very funny and very naughty. usually all at the same time.

ds2 had his two year check and called a goat a caribou. the HV had to ask me what a caribou was Grin

I will continue lurking now. much love x

Brockle · 05/06/2013 14:57

oh and Y absolutely adores Baby Jake on cbeebies. I now record it for him Blush are there any other quiche favourites?

TheDetective · 05/06/2013 15:01

MR FUCKING TUMBLE

Angry

And I think he likes the bedtime hour, but that could be because that is usually when I put it on for him desperate for dinner in peace!.

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 15:01

Detective poas? Grin

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 15:02

Ooh Cbeebies! May have to give that a go tonight while I'm trying to make dinner.

Brockle · 05/06/2013 15:03

I love Mr tumble Grin

fruitpastilles · 05/06/2013 15:31

S loves bubble guppies, especially the 'it's time to go outside' bit.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/06/2013 15:38

Mr Sodding Tumble, Mr Twatting Bloom and his freaky Fucking veg, and, worst of all, the most irritating piece of TV shite in existence Let's Fucking Play..

(It's sweary fucking Wednesday after all)

That said compared to non BBC children's TV Cbeebies is fecking fabulous.

DD1 is just getting into TV. just.

PurplePidjin · 05/06/2013 15:44

Sorry, am here just struggling with a boy in an Odd Mood - giggling away merrily most of the time then grumpy then fine 5 minutes later. Boob juice every 1 1/2 hours over night, long 30 minute feeds, and a mammoth hour long feed after lunch Confused with 10 minute top up 40 minutes later (he often has his big afternoon nap in two halves like that) but we had a nice walk with my mum this morning to buy christening invitations and I've pureed pear, raspberries and blueberries to have with yoghurt as puddings :) Boys off to the butcher in a bit to get pie for dinner

ValiumQueen · 05/06/2013 15:45

Jacob stops what he is doing and turns to watch Thomas the Tank Engine. He likes Peppa Pig too.

MissMummy1 · 05/06/2013 15:53

Will catch up after work but just a wee bit of advice for anyone as fucking stupid clueless as me. Don't put hot bottles in fridges. It kills them. Blush

My period must also be immenent as I am very upset/angry that our lovely silver fridge has been replaced by a white one Blush Blush

PetiteRaleuse · 05/06/2013 15:54

Mmmmm pie

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 15:58

Oscar stops what he is doing to watch Pointless. He will even stop feeding to see how many points an answer gets.

LuisGarcia · 05/06/2013 16:04

Peppa Pig is only bearable if you fantasise about bacon butties while it's on.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/06/2013 16:21

Mmmmmmmmm bacon butties

Massive long list of things I have to eat when in the UK next week, and bacon butties are on there. I'm going to come back huge.

Proper decent bacon is so hard to get here.

I'm also getting excited about fish and chips, and rolo chocolate p uds, and sticky toffee pudding, and pub food, and curries, and marks and spencer sausage rolls, and toffee crisps.

No, my trip to the UK is not going to be a time for dieting. I am going to stuff myself with food.

Can you tell I haven't had lunch?

MadamGazelleIsMyMum · 05/06/2013 16:24

Haha luis DH often tells DD (2.4) that there is a new episode of Peppa called "Peppa visits the Abbatoir".

I have seen every episode ever made of Peppa fucking Pig. So much so that I have a long list of inconsistencies in my head

DD has moved onto Ben and Holly for preference. We enjoy this one a tad more, it is slightly sillier, and the sexual tension between the Wise Old Elf and Nanny Plum is palpable Grin

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 16:36

I blame you lot for the fact that Cbeebies has now been on my tv for the past hour.

PetiteRaleuse · 05/06/2013 16:37

chasing you should be thanking us :o

ChasingDaisy · 05/06/2013 16:39

I actually like it
