Please give your baby's favourite foods so we can get some ideas from each other.

Yes, the dog who won't even jump into the car (puts his forelgs in the car then expects us to lift his rear end in Hmm ) is jumping over. He does hate the car though. I need to go to the garden centre and see what they have. It's sodding annoying though.

MissMummy1 · 27/05/2013 14:07

I have managed to swing a docs appointment for tomorrow morning. Don't know if any of you remember me whinging about feeling sick? Well I still do. All the fucking time but more so after eating. Bleurgh. Anyway, it started almost as soon as I stopped breastfeeding. Related or a coincidence?

Bryzoan · 27/05/2013 14:13

Erm. Have you poas mismummy? Could it be a case of the gt's ??

MissMummy1 · 27/05/2013 14:24

Nope deffo not pregnant! POAS despite not DTD for weeks and having 2 periods in the interim. My mum asked me if I was upduffed too Hmm

ValiumQueen · 27/05/2013 15:47

Case of the GTs Grin I like it Grin

Could it be emotional/anxiety/hormonal? Linked to the little rascal stopping feeding before you were wanting to?

Lily it is amazing how quickly the teeth can appear.

ValiumQueen · 27/05/2013 15:48

pr doggy stew for dinner then?

YellowWellies · 27/05/2013 15:56

MM I bet its maybe hormone levels changing?

Just had my sister and her 3.5 and 1.5 year old round. There will not be a case of the GTs in this house! The 3.5 year old is easy but herding the littlies even with my sister makes me Shock Shock Shock Shock I don't think there was one minute when 1/3 wasn't greeting and moaning Smile . And it was a nappy production line! GT the cot / nap situation will be the least of your worries.

Mums of more than 1 I salute you Shock

TheDetective · 27/05/2013 16:01

I was going to suggest a hormone thing too MM.

YW So what was the age gap you were thinking of again then?! Grin. I'm still sticking to 3.5 years. If I ever do this again. Right now I think fuck that shit!!

PetiteRaleuse · 27/05/2013 16:08

Having two under two isn't as bad as I thought it would be. But I imagine that when LO starts walking it will be harder. Especially with an escape artist dog.

Twat.

He was only being a dog but why did he have to be so doggy about it? Could he not have chased the cat off and then come back immediately when called?

From now until we sort the fence out he is only going out on a lead. Well the twat gets performance anxiety and won't pee on a lead. Let alone take a dump.

So there was I pratting round the garden saying 'pipi' in as encouraging voice as I could, with DD1 following behind, repeating loudly, the dog looking at me as if to say 'on a lead? In my garden? Are you mad ?'

And we all went back indoors with our tails between our legs, so to speak.

YellowWellies · 27/05/2013 16:09

I think anything less than a 2 year gap (it works well for my sister's two) would have me a twitching, starey eyed mess pulling my own hair out in clumps and back on 20 a day Grin

TheDetective · 27/05/2013 16:16

I think you have to be superwoman to manage it! I don't think I am cut out for it!

One of my colleagues has 10 months between her daughters. She is insane though Grin.

PetiteRaleuse · 27/05/2013 16:18

My damn pets stress me out far more than the children.

TheDetective · 27/05/2013 16:18

PR My dog won't go on a lead either. Fuckers!

I'm having to create a doggy poo pit for my garden next year, so we can go out and not be greeted with dog shit park every day. She will have to be walked to it every time though, as due to the stupid shed in my garden, it will have to be at the back of it. Could you not create similar. With a roof on it?!

PetiteRaleuse · 27/05/2013 16:28

He already always poos in the same place in the garden so I don't worry too much about that. He was on a lead so he didn't fuck off over the fence again. He is so angry at being kept in he just nicked one of DD1 felt tip pens and, if anything like the last time, will soon have whatever colour ink it was dying his fur round his mouth. Twat.

TheDetective · 27/05/2013 16:30

No I mean something for him to go in outside that he can't escape from?!

Like a dog house. But a shit house. A greenhouse maybe?! Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 27/05/2013 17:15

I don't know I have to think about it. My head's not straight right now I've been up for 15 hours already.

GTbaby · 27/05/2013 17:30

Omg. I'm a verb. Lol

GTbaby · 27/05/2013 17:35

Oh dear. My giant baby is to big for a 12-18 month jumper from JoJo mamnmam whatever. It was a gift but still I know it's expensive. So am gutted. I thought I'd have to buy no new clothes for him for another 6months. Now know this will not be the case Hmm

Izzybuzzybuzzybees · 27/05/2013 18:08

James has had yet another reaction. This time to oat and apple cereal. I want to know what it is so we can avoid it and hopefully get him eating and sleeping better!

GTbaby · 27/05/2013 18:45

Izzy that's horrible. What else has he reacted to? Sry if you have mentioned before.

Qq. Is there any stock I can buy for LO. CBA to mk it.

BigPigLittlePig · 27/05/2013 18:46

Evening all! Busy day in the pig household today, and it's taken me an age to catch up now, but I've done it!

PR bloody pets.
Detective really glad to hear Os sleep is sorted. FC it stays that way. F does seem to have sorted herself out too, she's getting better day by day without dairy.
MM glad you're going to get checked out.
Lily Shock so many changes in such a short time

F slept 10-5, sooo close to sleeping through I can almost taste it! She had a massive 2.5 hour nap this morning, and we've spent the afternoon at our friends. They'd cooked pie, mash and peas for lunch. I had pie filling, peas and a jacket potato. I felt awful, as she was so proud she'd made dairy free lunch for me, and I had to ask was there butter in the mash. She looked Blush and nodded, and said oh shit, and some milk. Felt like an awkard cuss, I really did. It made me realise how awkard eating out etc will be once F is older.

Once she's gone to bed tonight, we're having a grown up tea in front of trashy TV not copying MM at all

Pikz · 27/05/2013 18:49

LO has his whinge on... Think it's teeth but omg its doing my nut all I can hear is this noise....

GT you can buy baby stock cubes in supermarket in baby isle and then just dissolve in boiling water.

ChasingDaisy · 27/05/2013 18:54

Evening all,

I was actually just about to post to check where you were pig, was getting concerned as hadn't heard from you in a while Grin

Had a nice day today, took O out into the communal garden which he enjoyed. He is very sad because of his teeth though Sad I'm sure one is just about to pop through and he's really struggling with it bless him.

This time 6 months ago I was refusing the synto drip until I had an epidural Grin Blush

Baked some oven toast soldiers today ready to try O on wheat tomorrow for his 6 month birthday Smile

I say this a lot, but O's development is amazing me. This is such a lovely age, he is amazed by everything and we get lots of giggles from him now. Everything in his world is good, to him there is no bad stuff. Long may it continue.

Izzybuzzybuzzybees · 27/05/2013 19:10

gt he reacted to a peach yoghurt last week. It's hard to know what it is but his skin gets in a right mess with it. All round his mouth is bright red and in his neck is red and itchy. He claws at it.

TheDetective · 27/05/2013 19:19

Izzy it is quite possible he has more than one allergy. Have you checked the list of ingredients in both the things he has reacted to?

In the meanwhile is it possible to just stick with veg/fruit and keep on ringing and chasing for his paeds appt. Does he have a dietician referral too?
