Hello roo and anyone else i might have missed
Very briefly, 12 weeks ago my dp had a stroke. He's recovering well but, because i was made redundant shortly before we found out i was pg, our only income is his ssp. I don't get MA due to working 3.5 hours a week as a youth worker
really must get on and query that, my jsa was pulled at 29 weeks pg as i was unfit for work yet no substitute was forthcoming
The interview was as a playworker at the local SN nursery, 2 days per week. The extra money, while not much, would have relieved both the financial worries and the pressure on dp to go back to his shitty bastarding cuntsworthy job, which is widely believed to be the cause of his high blood pressure and resulting bleed on the brain. About 2 months ago i interviewed for a specialist teaching role, they haven't even had the courtesy to get back to me!
The short answer is i do anything necessary, mostly in an SN and/or social care type of way :)
