Yeh we have reported to the police liz but they can't do anything Because history don't see his face on the CCTV. won't be able to claim on the insurance because he left the car open. Not that'll it would be worth it anyway.

Been at work today, was excited to pick Joshua up at 5. Miss him so much when I'm at work.
Going meeting some old school friends tonorrow with their babies, not seen them for about 3 years!!

Violets had her check today with the health visitor,she's tall for her age and weighs less than expected for her height, but normal for her age, if you know what I mean? Otherwise all good.

She's still only got the 4 teeth and still no steps taken!

It's surprising what she can get through with those 4 teeth!

Glad all ok with violet at her check Liz. Has she had her mmr yet?
I got Euans appt through for it from Wales lol. I rang the hv and told her we've moved and I was a bit :-/ about the mmr. She said she'd strongly advise us for him to have it though, which we will, it's just got bad press.

And yes iwish have fun tomorrow :)

I'm taking Euan to his first toddler group session :)

Had a lovely afternoon with the girlies and babies. Was nice to see them all again and they are still just like they used to be just with children lol.

Yey to Violet for doing well on her check! They can get through a lot of food with so little teeth lol.

How did you get on at the toddler group klou?

Violets got her jabs on Tuesday at 12 so hopefully she will have them, then get back and have dinner and sleep for abit.

Well didn't go to toddlers in the end, Euan was playing in the sun with Bella before his nap, so seemed a shame to go inside a toddler group

Then tomorrow got both sets of parents in the afternoon coming here for a little party and cake, then zoo on Monday. Just hope the weather stays dry.
I was really upset earlier as Rob had already said to his mum about tomorrow on Wednesday, anyway, she phoned earlier and said they'd be over in the morning as his bro and wife were going to theirs for a bbq that afternoon. Well, I went mad, I was crying as I was so upset. I asked Rob to phone her back and ask her to change as I wanted everyone there in the afternoon as arranged. He didn't know what to say to her so I phoned her.
He's only 1 once, and we're not having a party already due to my arsehole brothers, I just wanted to have people here that I could invite without them. Anyway she's changed it.
I've just spent days making a cake for it for frigs sake!! :)

Hiya, just got back from friends, Rob Sri there as only down the road, must say though I was shitting myself on the way home as pitch black. Only a 5 min walk, left Rob there.
Fab night, Euan wouldn't settle so got him out his pram and was good as after that. He's flat out now, hoping for a lie in as he was up at 4.45 this morning for some reason :-/ brought him in with us and just wanted to play. Might be cos he's learning to walk??

Meant to be going to Twycross Zoo as only down the road, but another set of friends came tonight too and she mentioned Birmingham sealife centre for if the weathers shite, so will go there if so. Funny as we were going to go to Birmingham yesterday but was far too hot!

Mil said Rob was meant to be phoning re time for tomorrow but he forgot. Surely she could've rang us before she planned her day????
Sorted now anyway.
Going to bed now, knackered. Night night Xx

happy birthday to the little man for today!!! i hope you have a lovely time wherever you go. i are going to twycross zoo soon, its about an hour from us, lulu loves it, but i think i love it more! i love zoo's. never been to birmingham sealife centre, but been to others, they are good too.

lulus going to a playscheme today at her school which should be fun for her as long as she goes in ok and doesnt cry too much. then we are off to the cinema tonight to see brave, it doesnt start till 8.30!!! but she can have a lie in tomorrow if she wnats as i am not at work at violets having her jabs at 12, bless her, i hope shes not ill after.

Thank you Liz he slept til 8.25 yesterday so was a nice birthday lie in!!

Sorry, had to put Euan to bed. He just screamed at me as my mum and dad bout him a sand and water table and he just loves it so wasn't happy when he was torn away from it!!

Had a fab time for his birthday.
Sun we had both sets of parents over and opened their pressies and had a little party for him. And obviously had to cut into the cake i made!!
Then yesterday for his actual birthday we went to twycross zoo and loved it. He was so good. We opened pressies in the morning, then left about 11 for the zoo as only about 40 mins. Was the most fantastic weekend. I couldn't stop getting a bit teary though as I can't believe he's 1!! I kept reliving last year when I had him.
We just love him so bloody much!!!
Been out on his trike this morning and been in his ball pit etc. Got some more friends nipping in this aft so he's had a pretty long and lovely 1st birthday!!

Well, I am absolutely shattered!! Euan would not settle after 10.45 last night, didn't hear a peep before.
I eventually took him to the spare room downstairs at 1.30, dragged the mattress on the floor and he finally went off around 3.30! But woke at 6.30!!!
He's knackered too poor thing. I've booked him a drs appt this aft just in case it's an ear infection or something. His ears are VERY waxy, always have been, so need to check it. So unlike him, but he's been like it on and off for a couple of weeks and it's not good for any if us!! Poor little man :(

I tell you, these kids are in cahoots with each other!! Violet was up Monday night for hours with a cough and being really upset, then Tuesday I had to cancel her jabs as she was hat poorly and Mardy! She's a lot better today but full of cold and snot.

Well, I am only going to jersey on Monday with kids and mum!!, she originally booked to go with my mil, but she's not been well and been advised not to fly, so it's took me just over and hour on the phone to get it all changed and booked so me and kids can go instead. Monday to thurs so can't wait!

I am so bloody busy I havent got time to pack!! Going to Gainsborough sat day with mum, then to a wedding reception sat eve, then going to ladies day at the races on Sunday, then little holiday on Monday!!

Oooo that sounds fab, never been to jersey it's meant to be gorgeous.

Think these kids are testing us, they don't want us thinking we have it easy. Hope little violet feeling better.
Dr came to a dead end, she said may have just been hot. I've not put Euan in his sleeping bag tonight, just pjs and holey blanket my mum knitted, and I read to him a bit longer (one story on my lap, then one in his cot instead of just one on his cot) He was practically asleep on my lap.

Morning, well we got to 2.40 this morning :( Rob took him to the spare bed last night, took til 4 to settle him. Just had a look inside his mouth (he doesn't let me normally, just bites me!!) Anyway, can see the top left molar pushing through and his gums are raised everywhere else where his molars will be. I can only assume it's that as he definitely wasn't hot last night. Hope they hurry up!!!

I have been to jersey a few imes and it's lovely, I'm looking forward to it now. Just got to pack tomorrow night.

Aaaaarrrrggghhh!!! Why has my child turned into a screaming monster at bed time??? I put him in bed and he screams, takes me half a hour of me up and down calming him down before he goes to sleep. Tonight I put him down at 7:30 and was up and down till 8:00 when I gave in and sent nick up. HE SETTLED STRAIT AWAY!!!!! WTF??!! Nick never ever sees to him so why would he settle?

Sorry for that rant.

Been to a soft play centre today, thought it would be good for him going off to play without me saying 'don't go near that' blah blah. And guess what, he just hung round my ankles!

Woohoo, we got to 7.30!!
Thank god!! Tbh though he was at my in laws yesterday and they didn't put him to bed (which I was not best pleased about as I only gave him 10 mins in the morning specifically so he'd sleep at lunch for them.
Anyway, all was good, so maybe he needs less day sleep?

Poor you iwish Snap with the man thing, Euan settles better for Rob when he wakes. Hormone thing for father and son perhaps?
Soft toys are fab but lol he stayed with you!!

Keep strong iwish, keep doing hat your doing and try not to give in or you might end up like I was with Lulu before I had had the baby, staying with her till she went to sleep and holding my arm the whole time. Even when she was younger I had to lay next to her while she went to sleep. It's not good and wastes a hell of a lot of time when you should be sat veging on the sofa, so keep it up and get him used to it.

Yes I am looking forward to jersey, we come home on the thurs, I work on Friday, then off sat sun bank hol mon, work tue and we'd, then off to chatsworth in the caravan on the thurs!!! Life of Riley, me!!!

The answer is his sleeping bag!!! (I think)
He's been going to bed without it for the last week and he's been screaming for half a hour or so before he settles. Sooo tonight after some screaming and crawling round the cot I stripped his pjs off him, put him in a tshirt, laid the sleeping bag in the cot and laid him in it. By the time I was doing up the zip his eyes were closing!! He was asleep before I left the room!

Hope Euan sleeps well for you tonight klou has he had less sleep today?

Aww hope that works iwish I remember I took Euan out of his a few months ago when it was hot and he wouldn't settle. I think it's a comfort thing. So when Rob suggested I take him out of it the other night I was a bit hmm but so far so good......

Yes he's had about 1.5 hrs total sleep today. Put him to bed at 6.45.

He's been walking loads today, walked the kitchen length practically before bed (vid on fb).

Just waiting for curry, Rob gone to get it :)

I am off to Gainsborough tomorrow, mum wants to go and have a look at a new shop that's opened and they have some water fountains that kids can play on if it's warm so lulu can go in there for abit, then got a wedding redemption tomorrow night, mum and dad are sleeping over at my place again!!! Then going to ladies day t the horse racing on Sunday!
