Oh no, not you too chul
, thought he was safe now he's turned 60.
Yay to your good nights chul and mlic!!!
really pleased the dairy avoidance seems to be helping mlic
chul did i misremember it or did you say you'd try to eliminate stuff from L's diet?
stac personally, I would make 100% sure there's nothing 'wrong' with R before doing cio/cc as the fact she's still crying when in your bed would suggest to me that something might be up (teething/hunger/illness/intolerance/wind). I know i'm the softest person ever with this stuff (I still can't/won't even let F cio at night) but I just think you'd want to be sure they're not crying for a 'reason' before letting them get on with it.
kk when we last flew with F, we could take food/drink thru for him, i just needed to taste it - worth checking tho as things may have got tighter since. deffo take a dummy/bottle or something like raisins to give her for take-off and landing and the pressure hurts their ears otherwise as they don;t know to swallow to relieve it.
Madam's other top tooth is now trying to break thru so sleep is horrendous here. Thankfully, DH just gave me a lie-in. He's just taken F into town for their Sat morning breakfast ritual so I've just had breakfast with A. she's now down for a nap so i'm finishing this mega-post then having a lovely hot bath.
anyone up for a quick mini-survey on eating habits (babies not ours for a change
) as I'm a bit surprised that A still appears to need/want 4 milk feeds on top of (what seems to me) a lot of solids. i know it's pretty normal tho judging by others on this thread on similar amounts of milk.
This is what Lady A has (the quantities are roughly what she actually appears to ingest not what she starts out with!)
First thing: Milk feed
9am Most of a slice of toast with humous, cream cheese or veggie pate. Half a bowlful of porridge or weetabix mixed with 'milk', fruit puree or half banana
1pmish A veg samosa (minus a corner), a few salad leaves with french dressing, about 1stp of carrot coleslaw, about 1dsp of sprouted mixed bean and pulses (this was yesterday's lunch). Followed by half a pear and some of an Organix gingerbread man
4pm Milk feed and a snack like 5 raisins, a cracker and a bit of an Organix cereal bar
6pmish usually a 'handful' of some kind of pasta, potato or rice dish - e.g. Thursday's was rice, tofu, broad beans and humous. Pudding is usually 2dsp of baby rice, 'milk', heaped tsp of ground almonds or (pre-soaked flaked quinoa) and mashed half banana.
7.15pm Milk feed
11.30pm Milk feed (which she's still waking up for)
I love to drop the 4pm feed actually as that would mean I could wear what I want in the day but she still seems to have quite a bit at that feed (maybe less so the last day or so and i guess that might have been more thirst than hunger as it's been hot). I might try giving her the snack and a good drink of water and seeing if she actually asks for the milk feed too at 4pm today.
