As so many of us are not coming and I am a bit of a control freak and getting a bit anxious that we have no definite plans I thought I'd start a separate thread to discuss the meet up!!

mapletrees if we are catching the train together I'd like to book a ticket asap.

What time are we thinking of meeting? How long/which bus etc will we need to get to the pub?

Are we still on for tomorrow then? I know a couple are in doubt due to illness? Please say we are still meeting as really looking forward to it.

As for appearances, I think I may be the tallest at a huge 5'6 and a half" , medium brown slanted kind of bob styleeee and ill be in a blue golf with very chunky blonde & blue eyed baba who looks like a todler . Oh, i'll also be loaded up with playmats and a blue bumbo. I'll also probably be late as I have a reputation for never being on time though I do honestly try my best. I'll probably look wind swept and flustered from rushing around and panicking about the time!!!!

And also, I'll be the only one with a strong Black Country accent (think Lenny Henry's Dudley accent)

im still hoping too...but its up to park and wheter this flu miraculously subsides

Actually we've gone a bit mad and accidentally bought enough food for 456 people so if you spot any mums on your journey who look like they want to come too...

It depends what else you have on the rest of the week, if you can chill out and recover Friday onwards then why not?!? How will your dd feel about being left by mummy when she's poorly? For me if I was ill I wouldn't have time to recover and ds1 wouldn't be with anyone else when poorly. It would lovely to meet you but you have to look after yourself.

Would anyone mind if I invited some other mums I know whose babies are about the same age as ours? we have so much food and they're all very friendly!
