Yeah, we can swap boys, that's no problem. Yours can sit & quietly watch tv while I get on with things instead of wanting to climb all over me Wink

I am glad that I don't have to go to the beach today.

Let me know if you get the BT thing sorted :)

AA how are the boys? And you?

BB your life does indeed sound crazy. Hope Turkey is nice. Having been on 6 flights with a toddler recently, I feel your pain...

WFH and Doughnut, Envy for tipsiness.

Bebe, hope you're there in one piece!

I don't know what my due date is, for the list Blush. Last pregnancy I knew it off by heart. Poor second born. I'm at that dreadful stage where I just look a bit fat.

Have a nice week everyone!

gingersarah · 31/01/2011 12:47

Thanks Wildrumpus! Hope you got some sleep.

Bebe - update? How are things?

Bicnod - your P&T - when you have two kids in it, what do you do with the nappy bag & the shopping? I was looking at one but couldn't work that out, then I thought if I have to carry stuff I'd just as well put the new baby in the Mai Tai and hang all the bags off the little Maclaren we already have. Ideally tho: I don't want to carry stuff.

BabyBolat · 31/01/2011 13:21

Ooh well I got a email this morning from a senior complaints handler saying they will have the issue resolved before the end of the week! Result - now I just need to find the address for the CEO of FedEx. Grin

AuldAlliance · 31/01/2011 13:44

Zulu, DS1 is a bit better but just drained and exhausted. Keeps sloping off to bed early and having to be dragged out in the morning.

A was vile all weekend, endless screaming tantrums. Think it was the excessively strong meds (Célestène, dunno what it's called in Eng, more s*dding cortico-thingies). As well as ABs. The prescription was for 3 days and he took the last load yesterday. Seemed a bit better today, was smiley when I got him dressed and gave him breakfast. Also has two lower canines coming in which can't help...

All these new babies!!!
I have definitely done my bit, I think "aw, lovely", but am not broody at ALL.

cannot catch up as things still a little unsettled... didn't get keys yesterday couldn't get a hold of anyone so spent another night in a hotel. Moo has a terrible cold with fever and was miserable last night (so we all were being in the same room). Finally got keys mid day after searching high and low for the place... the building is in the middle of a very large 'block' with no sign posts telling where the building is... couldn't find the entrance to the carpark either which is under the building so DH had to cart our things from the road to the place about 800m away. Happily there is a lift so he didn't also have to walk 3 sets of steps too.
We're trying to relax and settle now. xx
hope you're all well.xxx

what's with a queen sized bed with 2 single mattresses?? and sheer curtains on all the nearly floor to ceiling and full wall windows??

PuzzleRocks · 31/01/2011 20:07

Oh no, I hope Moo is better soon.
New places are always unsettling to me at first. I hope you find your feet soon. Take care lovely xx

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 05:33

lost the baby (or pretty sure as have woken up in a pool of blood and cramps)

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 06:14

not really sure what my course of action should be as nothing is sorted with medical insurance etc any more since dh is not officially working thru his own company
Plus, I've never had one this late. Can I/should I just let it take it's course? What's the benefits of going to the hospital? (besides verification)

Bicnod · 01/02/2011 06:51

Oh bebe I'm so so sorry lovely :( you should definitely get yourself to hospital - you need to be checked over. Sending enormous hugs x x x

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 07:15

It's a particularly ironic state of events as I've only brought preggy clothes in an effort to save on space! I'll be able to wear them until I find other things i guess.

WildRumpus · 01/02/2011 07:26

Oh Bebe! I agree you should probably check in with a doctor. Thinking of you xxxxx

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 07:30

we're a bit worried about the insurance things...we stretched ourselves to the limit to get this place and to be honest at skint at the moment

WildRumpus · 01/02/2011 07:36

Did you look into that form which charges it all back to the NHS? Anyway right at this moment I guess there would be little a doctor would do other than tell you to put your feet up and try to get some rest. Will keep all fingers crossed for you. Is DD any better?

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 07:45

She is not. I have put in Shawn the Sheep dvds and she's giggling on the couch at the antics when she can be bothered to do anything at all. I/we need to go out and get her some more paracetmol unfortunately as we're down to the last drop...though she's not due some again for another 2 hours.

WildRumpus · 01/02/2011 08:06

Have you sussed out where everything is already in terms of shops? Do try and rest up if you can. From experience that is all doctors ever recommend in these circumstances. I had bleeds when pg with DD. X

AuldAlliance · 01/02/2011 08:32

Sorry to hear of your woes, bebe. Fingers crossed it is not as bad as it seems.

OP posts:
PuzzleRocks · 01/02/2011 08:54

Oh bebe, i'm so sorry. I wish I could come over there right now and bear hug you.

BabyBolat · 01/02/2011 10:25

Ah Bebe - I'm so sorry, I hope you are OK. I would go to the doctor and check it out. Big, huge hugs x Sad

bronze · 01/02/2011 10:30

I'm so sorry Bebe
unmn {{hugs}}
but please get checked out cos you never know. I speak from agaisnt all odds experience

Life seems to be full of shit at the moment

RespectTheDoughnut · 01/02/2011 11:51

Oh bebe, I'm so sorry. I second bronze, though - it doesn't sound good, but stranger things have happened. You should get checked out so you can be certain one way or another. I really would give you such a big cuddle right now. I hope Meg can do the honours instead. & it's okay to cry. Things are very stressful for you without this. Don't worry about Meg seeing, if she does - sometimes mummies cry & that's just life :(

bebemoohatessnot · 01/02/2011 15:35

Insurance providers won't cover (Me) because the pregnancy is pre-existing; EHIC guy said we would be covered and gave dh another number to call but when dh called that number they said we wouldn't. Poor dh is stressed beyond measure and feeling very useless.

RespectTheDoughnut · 01/02/2011 15:40

How much would it cost to get seen without insurance?
