Dd has found her feet!

Dds third jabs are thursday, cant wait till its over, last lot for a few months.
Lovely to see all the babies finding there feet and rolling. Sophie hasnt quite got there but not to worried as ds never did roll. :)

Tyson- I'm dreading starting jabs now after waiting so long. Think that's it til MMR though isn't it?

I'm a threadkiller all over tonight so if anyone knows about bottles, haven, Berwick upon tweed or baby sign hunt me out or at least bump me!!!

Will find and bump for you Nymph and yes i think that is it till mmr, got routine 8 month check but thats nothing :)

Glad it's not just me with the disturbed sleep. I thought we'd turned a corner.

Glad everyone is well. Am feeling great and things are lovely here - DS is a total night owl, so I just go with the flow - bed between two and four in the morning. Easy with one child to follow, more, I don't know! Feel very lucky, he is an easy, happy baby.

Bumped into the m/w who delivered my baby today, just out and about, she is ace, and cooed all over DS.

Haggis, neeps and tatties tonight, yummm. [bsmile]

Only uP once last night bit fed for 90 mins

We were only up once with DS as well, I'm not counting it as a win though as he was given calpol to counteract the effects of his jabs yesterday.

Gosh I was thinking about the MMR yesterday actually and briefly remembered the controversy around it a few years back.

There was so much inthe press wasnt there! Ds had his though-I know someone who was nearly made infertile by adult mumps do not taking the chance!

Another shite night here-dd Ds and I went to bed at 7, fed dd at 11 for 40mins, Ds was awake from 1.30-3 talking to himself etc fed dd 3.30for half hour then again at 5and she fussed an chatted until6,30.

So glad I went to bed when I did!!

My two had measles despite the MMR & dd2 was quite ill. All jabs carry a risk but I feel those that are affected have a weakness the jab exploits. You just don't usually know it in advance. :(

Dh has strong view on MMR as he has worked with a lot of rubella & measles damaged kids

Bad science irresponsibly reported has done alot of harm.

A lot of those kids dh taught were pre report but people forget now how bad the diseases were

Still having bottle problems. Dd3 happy to take it but sees it as a toy. She plays with it & sees getting milk as a bonus

I love my sling, it's brilliant. DS cries and I pop him in the sling and have a dance around the kitchen to Glee and he goes off a treat.

Katy Perry California Girls also works as well. I worry about that one .

Fed all the way through baby group then picked up big girls & started again. Still on settee with breaks for poo explosions. I'm going to be a shrivelled husk soon

Nymph Jeez sounds like she's on a mission to go up a clothes size doesn't she. Do you have enough biscuits and DVD's within reach of the sofa to get you through?

Watching property porn at the moment. Have a big bottle of pepsi to keep me awake & getting ready for tea. Rest will be back soon so they'll feed me. It's better she feeds now than all night.

Bit serious tbh BUT just found out that when i was about 3-5 yrs old my maternal Grandmother told my paternal Grandparents that I was not there sons child, which is bullshit. I am trying to get back in contact with them and it is abit difficult, maybe this is why!!!

nymph it says that there isn't enough room in the bedroom for a travel cot so I think we are going to take the Moses basket and see if we can make room for that if not we will probably put her in the other bedroom which is a bit of a faff
Tyson I hope you manage to sort things out. What a lie to tell!! There must be something in the air dd giggled for the first time today as well. Was so cute. Dh was upset he missed it.

OMFG.

Actually, I'm not bothered really. If I hadn't had dd though I would have been, I think. I've spent today thanking life for everything I do have as a new decade dawns. Wonder what it will bring?

More sleep hopefully .
