I am also in combination of maternity and non-maternity still. Have many clothes crises.
at cos losing tummy. I have a large upended bowl of wobbly jelly attached to my front which is showing no sign of moving. And thunder thighs which refuse to fit into normal trousers.
ski Good luck for today. Do your best to keep buzwams under cover. And of course take interviewing inspiration from .
We too extracted a huge bogeysnot this morning! Must be the day for it. Don't worry about baby Vicks. We have been smothering Snuffle Babe all over Clyde's sleeping bag since about 6 weeks, and from 3 months now has a liberal splodge on his chest each night. I even told the HV what I was doing (pre 3 mths) and all she said 'Hmm, well as long as it's not on his skin.'
cos So glad basket tilt has worked. We still have Bonnie's cot bed jacked up at 2 years. I don't know why they simply don't make basket stands and cots with tilted legs as every baby seems to need this.
iggy I would like to meet you too!
I need to sit you down and brief you on this sensible cob you are going to find for me.
casp If it's purely SMP (ie. 6 weeks at 90% then rest at basic weekly payment) then you don't have to pay any back, even if you resign at the end of ML and walk away. You would only have to pay back if you are being paid more generously by your employer, and any pay back required must be stated in their internal policy documents. I doubt that you would have to pay back if you are moving to 80% FTE, as long as your employ continues for a certain length of time.
