Amniohooks are totally grand. Plastic, baby blue in colour. They look like crochet hooks. They have a little tooth on them. They are quite cool really. And very good for popping balloons after a party.

http://0.tqn.com/d/pregnancy/1/0/u/Z/3/amniohookclose.jpg I'd say the whole end is 1cm wide, and flat

They are about 30cms long, to allow us to hold the very end and wiggle a bit.

Try again 0.tqn.com/d/pregnancy/1/0/u/Z/3/amniohookclose.jpg

thanks hz. managed to snort beer through my nose when I saw that. Twas very painful.

chefswife · 13/09/2010 22:03

Nice balance bike.
Migraines; boo, hiss.
Scrunches and Highland dancing; when I was a child, I wished!

Sounds like everyone had a very busy Monday. What have I done today.

DD crawled into bed with us at 5am
I took her back 30 minutes later. Went back to sleep till 7.30, got up, made oatmeal and coffee, put dishes in dishwasher, farted about FB, got garbage and returns ready for DH to take. Farted about on FB, IPhoto and various other websites and such while playing with DD... DH took car in for oil change and the poor guy had to taxi it to his meeting...boohoohoo. lol
Umm... then Uncle came down with a gift from Aunt who stopped by the day before but we weren't home. Too bad, (sarcastic emoticon here), made lunch, ate lunch, put dishes in dishwasher, turned back around and DD was asleep, carted her to bed, farted about some more on FB, poured a gigantic glass of apple juice, drank it, DD woke up, changed her, brushed her hair, spoke to DH, (he is one way home now) and here we are. lol Grin Sorry, not so interesting... in my defense, Mondays are our Sundays.

Check back in later chatterboxes Wink

Yep, its been lovely having us all brought together again by our excitement at a new baby.

Don't know what I'd have done without you guys over the past couple of years. I often think we are lucky to have found each other in amongst all the millions of other people on t'interweb. I reckon we have some cracking individuals on here, making it a very special thread indeed.
