Happy Birthday T!

Tis pm and am a bit as AF arrived a week late. I was getting unduly excited and would have made a lovely anniversary present for Monday. Still nevermind.

oopsandbabycoconuts · 30/07/2010 12:15

HAPPY BIRTHDAY T Have a wonderful day

cyteen · 30/07/2010 12:15

Aw that's rubbish spring. Definitely wine o'clock then

MrsMiamla · 30/07/2010 12:23

buckets you have to buy this one

oopsandbabycoconuts · 30/07/2010 12:31

After all my deliberations on FB this morning I have bought a Mountain buggy double. Thee place I bought it from has the old stock from it's pre-Phil and Teds takeover days so the quality is much better and it only cost £399 including raincover and 2 cosytoes! Which is more that £300 cheaper than the new ones, saving the GPs (both sets were going half)money in the process. Sorry Dizzy - I almost bought the Easywalker, honest!

RedLentil · 30/07/2010 12:43

No time to catch up as I'm in an internet cafe. But when I got to my mums to escape the buiding work, all was fine until the place flooded .. 3 inches of water, no dh to help, chaos. And there's still no running water.

Still, we had a lovely time on the beach yesterday Love to all here.

TwilightSurfer · 30/07/2010 13:54

(((( HUG )))) Singapore

springaporesling · 30/07/2010 15:16

Thanks guys. Wine and curry administered so there's always next month!

red hope all is ok and not too much damage.

GladioliBuckets · 30/07/2010 16:56

Actually I had my eye on blue this and blue this. This one with a shrug in a different colour would look so jawdroppingly amazing on anyone with curves, covers a beer belly beautifully.
Sigh.

MrsMiamla · 30/07/2010 17:04

ooh that one with the flowers is lovely

sorry spring, hadn't caught up earlier properly. i'm a strong believer of it happening when the time is right but its still disappointing...there's always next month so enjoy that wine while you can!

pil are here til Monday... it'll be fine

CrispyTheCrisp · 30/07/2010 17:42

Sorry to hear of the disappointment, but wine and curry is a good cure IMO

Love the dresses Buckets. I would love to peruse the site but have no events to wear such lovely frocks too . I know you would be down at Ikea in yours LOL

I have had a busy day spending moneyempire building, with the purchase of a new laptop. Tis lovely and gleaming red! Girls have mainly had cbeebies (rather than a visit to an arboretum & picnic) and curry is from a jar rather than freshly made. They seem more than happy with the new arrangement though

red sounds like chaos is following you. Hope it all calms down soon, or you have some gin at the ready

GladioliBuckets · 30/07/2010 17:54

LOL Crispy Yep, there's never an excuse not to wear a pretty dress - when combined with scuffed old heels and a Bookstart cotton bag, one doesn't look that OTT after all. Am working on my mum to come shopping tomorrow and buy me a dress as she had promised me a handbag for my birthday and I ended up finding one on EBay for £3.50!

MrsMiamla · 30/07/2010 18:14

hear hear with the combining fancy dress with scruffy shoes! for every wedding, special event i always make a new dress so if i didn't dress them down and wear them for work, shopping etc, i'd have a whole wardrobe of things I never wear!

i was looking wistfully at my favourite one this morning. Give me a few weeks and I'll be back in it (albs, the one i wore to your birthday afternoon tea in case you were wondering which i suspect you weren't but thought i'd share anyway!)

oopsandbabycoconuts · 30/07/2010 18:21

Miamla - a friend due on the same day as you has just texted to say her baby is on the way and can we have her DS once the pool is full and MW artrives!

CrispyTheCrisp · 30/07/2010 18:21

OMG, so sorry to the scrumptious T for not saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY earlier . I feel like i have been hit by a whirlwind, but that is no excuse

luckoftheirish · 30/07/2010 18:26

Happy Birthday T!!!

CaptainCaveman · 30/07/2010 18:48

Happy 2nd Birthday T!!!

alittlebitshy · 30/07/2010 18:49

CaptainCaveman · 30/07/2010 19:01

We've had a lovely day out at Wheelgate (similar to Twin Lakes) and are now thoroughly knackered!

Dh out tonight so I'll have a couple of glasses of vino, with crap TV and then go to bed early!!

TwilightSurfer · 30/07/2010 19:16

Oops you are going to freak Miamla out. SHHHHH!

DATE NIGHT! What to wear, where to go and what to leave for the kids to eat?

Sazzles I didn't see anything on your FB page yesterday about ruling the world. What's going on with you??
