Watch out folks, you heard it here first. My husband is a senior economist and is seriously seriously worried about what's about to happen. We need to do all we can to avert a major economical disaster. GB has got us here, do not let him take us further into crisis.

We are all screwed whoever gets in aren't we? So its a case of who you want to be screwed by Personally not:

Gordon Brown - creepy smile and for the fact that it really took him waaaaay too long to answer the biscuit question

Nick Clegg - I mean the man cant' decide whether or not he wants to wear a blue or a red tie so wears a purple or a pink one and of the debates I only saw him bang on and on about stopping the criminal faction with regards to immigration, not exactly answering any of my more pressing financial questions

David Cameron - well actually its not him its the scary little Osbourne man - yuk

That Green Party woman - well, she just wants to spend mooooore money

UKIP - slightly too right for me....

BNP - We all know there is only one advocate for the BNP

National Front - I don't want to have to wear steel toe capped DM boots and shave my hair off - would look like a large potato and those boots are heavy - never mind the fact they are just more loony than the loony party

Loony Party - the local candidate is just not shaggable in the slightest - infact you just would like him to wash and put his dog on a lead.........

Can I vote for myself do you think because at least if I am going to screw myself I am going to bloody well do it properly!

Doodleydoo · 06/05/2010 15:11

Oh this always happens to me I start reading the first couple of pages and then get to the last one and have no clue whats going on.

Hullygully · 06/05/2010 15:11

ah. thought was an acronym..

moid · 06/05/2010 15:14

Great thread - the beginning of which made me roar with laughter.

Note the original poster has gone but would have liked to ask her - know what your hubby thinks but what about you.

And yes, immigrants more likely to work and therefore pay taxes, especially in all the grim jobs that nobody wants to do. It takes balls to flee your country whether for asylum or economic reasons. So up the lib dems and there policy of giving an amnesty to illegal immigrants who have been here for a while.

Habbibu · 06/05/2010 15:51

don't go mixin' me up with hully, justa!

daftpunk · 06/05/2010 15:53

It's ok justabout, I wont pursue my questioning, just to save you any further embarrassment raelly.

You clearly assumed the white men were the trouble makers...that makes you a bigot..

It's kinda ironic that I had this debate with you on thread about Greece, it's obviously all Greek to you and you really haven't got a clue about anything...

You have made yourself look like a complete fool.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

BecauseIAgreeWithGordon · 06/05/2010 15:58

You can get purple potatoes as well.

Twit · 06/05/2010 15:59

The bottom half is purple, Lenin - assuming you're talking about a real turnip and not confusing it with a swede.

Which is a sort of browny purple colour at the top half.

Dollytwat · 06/05/2010 16:09

ouch!!

sorry!

I like your poem Hully

I have a lovely recipe for (proper) turnips cooked with gin, somewhere.

Swede lovely pureed with lots of black pepper and butter though!
