guys, i know it was years ago but can we cut out the nastiness re Griffin. I lived there for two years and absolutely loved it and no, i didn't have an eating disorder and neither did any of my friends who lived there.

I think we used to go to the Gun Barrels which was a pub of utterly unparalleled nastiness. Really grim and soulless. I have no idea why. I vaguely remember the OVT.

Gun Barrels got worse and worse before it died (it IS dead now, isn't it?).

We used to go to The Jug Of Ale and The Prince Of Wales in Moseley.

If you had to watch one of my flatmates cooking and eating then you would have an eating disorder too!
I don't think I had one, though I was significantly slimmer then!

I think we considered ourselves in some way a cut above but have no idea why now and in any case the GB is hardly the natural habitat of anyone in any way superior.
