Well, this is a bit awkward for Sir Keir. At PMQs, Starmer attacked Sunak for using a private jet; “the view on the ground is very different to that from his private jet..."

Starmer acted on behalf of people facing the death penalty as part of wider campaign to stamp it out globally. What an awful aim to aspire to.

Was responsible for three PO scandal prosecutions. Of course he oversaw every single CPS prosecution during his time as DPP.

He went to Qatar. Remind me which other politicians have done the same?

He was asked on LBC: "If England got to the World Cup Final in Qatar, would you go?"

Starmer replied: "No I wouldn't. I'd love to but I think that the human rights record is such that I wouldn't go and that'll be the position of the Labour party."
