In one sentence who are you voting for and why?

I'm still so torn. In a single sentence can you say who you are voting for and why?

Reluctantly Lib Dem as a tactical vote to get the Tory out of the seat. Am an NHS worker and Labour don't get a look in where I live.

Lib Dem in an effort to unseat the (very) long-standing local Tory MP who keeps promising to retire at the next General Election but doesn't ....

I'm also old fashioned enough to believe that our PM should have some ethics so can't vote Tory.

Labour. I’m not a massive Corbyn fan but he won’t be leader forever, and I care about public services and reducing inequality.

Ex-Tory MP who is now standing as Independent. To try to keep the Tories out because I’m a teacher.

Labour. No party is perfect for me but 3 good reasons are:

• increase tax and improve public services
• their Brexit policy
• tuition fees

Labour. Because I work with vulnerable people and am horrified by what austerity has done to our society. I am also fearful of the far right, extreme version of the current Tory party and their dirty tactics.

SNP because it's them or the Tories here. Hoping for a Labour victory.

Labour.
Because fuck the Tories.

Please don't waste your vote by spoiling it...

SNP, because I’m fed up of imbeciles in Westminster telling us what we can & cant do in our own country, also, we desperately need to save the NHS and park Trident elsewhere.

Tory because they're the only real competition to the SNP candidate in our area.

Labour. I work for the NHS and I want to still have a public sector job in 5 years time.

Lib Dem - we're in a Tory stronghold. Oh, for proportional representation.

My priorities are... not Corbyn (not all bad, nice to see that someone is trying to create a better / more equal world, but the maths doesn't work and wealth-creators will leave), rerun referendum/preferably remain.

It's a sorry state of affairs that I would prefer Leave / ongoing buffoonery vs Corbyn's labour! I'm a staunch remainer!

Labour.

My local candidate is a wonderful woman that has campaigned long and hard to make my constituency a better place to live.

SNP.
I have never voted SNP before - I don't want Scottish Independence, but I want a Tory government even less.

Lib Dem, tactical vote, because they will most likely to win against Tory in my area.

SNP to get Jo Swinson out (she’s my MP) and I generally agree with their policies, support independence and am against austerity and trident.

Labour (tactically). Between the economic disaster of Brexit and the homophobia and misogyny of self-ID they are the least bad option. How I miss the optimism of 1997.

Labour. I have disabled children and every day of my life right now reveals more harm done to disabled people, and more contempt that this government has for my children.

Tory: I don’t want to see the rampant inflation, huge rise in mortgage interest rates (and subsequent repossessions) and mass unemployment that labours economic policy will bring.

Labour.

Because I value the NHS and those in society who need help.

Tory, I want to hand Corbyn his P45 before he has the opportunity to crash the economy and me receive one instead. A 4 day week and 5% payrise for all fellow public sector workers might seem nice, but I know it will create chaos for everyone else.

Still so applicable

SNP. I live in a Tory seat for the first time in my life (East Renfrewshire) and I want them out because austerity has been monstrous. And I want Brexit stopped. I’ve always been Labour but the SNP are the only chance of ousting the Tories here.
