Well, his appt for the Israel ambassador and proposal to move the embassy to Jerusalem probably is going to make his ISIS fight somewhat harder now.

Kaija · 17/12/2016 12:37

Compare that last post by Claig to the language described in the article posted below about Turkey, and think about where this leads.

"We found, as you are now finding, that the new truth-building process does not require facts or the underpinning of agreed values. We were confronted – as you are being confronted – by a toxic vocabulary: “elite”, “experts”, “real people” and “alienated intellectuals”. The elite, with experts as mouthpieces of that oppressive elite, were portrayed as people detached from society, willing to suppress the needs, choices and beliefs of “real people”.

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 12:41

Here's one. Raise awareness for female fighters in the middle east and raise money for food rations and new gear etc. Better idea than whining about your sexist boss, video games causing misogyny in teen boys and demanding a safe space cuz patriarchy

Roussette · 17/12/2016 12:41

We'll see on that one too Misss given the Donald just throws rhetoric around with no firm plans as to how he plans to beat ISIS. Last I heard he planned to 'bomb the shit out of them' without telling them he was going to. There's thousands of innocent lives lost there then for starters. When questioned about civilians, he wouldn't answer.

claig · 17/12/2016 12:43

'dary me claig you are obsessed by Oxbridge and Blair..'

I want to point out to lurkers and people who don't know that these are the idiots who run us, this is why we are so mismanaged, this is why we have so much spin and stupidity, these are the idiots who spin us, they are all part of the same club - the politicians, BBC Newsnight and the Guardian's finest. Spinners from the same university serving the same policies and the same Establishment. They are not "conservatives", they are all the same, the same as Blair, the Oxford PPE.

And Trump's revolution will be extremely fast and will change the world and end all the nonsense for all of us in Europe too..

"How an Oxford degree – PPE – created a robotic governing class
Most of our prominent politicians studied the same subject at Oxford. Is it any wonder we’re so badly governed?"

www.spectator.co.uk/2014/09/the-politics-of-ppe/

It is the same clique from the same background on BBC Newsnight, at the Guardian and in politics and they all hate Trump. Trump's victory is a revolution and it will liberate the world from the spin and stupidity we have all had to put up with from the "very, very stupid people" who have led us and lied to us over Iraq, Libya, austerity, the EU, the bankers, political correctness and everything else.

OP posts:
DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 12:46

Theresa May is not an Oxbridge PPE; nor is Johnson, nor is Amber Rudd, nor is Robert Goodwill, nor is Michael Fallon, nor is Justine Greening, nor is David Davis, nor is Liam Fox, nor is Greg Clark, nor is Chris Grayling, nor is Sajid Javid, nor is James Brokenshire, nor is Andrea Leadsom, Karen Bradley, Priti Patel ...

And what has Farage done to stop FGM?

Kaija · 17/12/2016 12:47

Trump is a conman. You've either been conned, or you're part of the con, Claig. That is all.

Lweji · 17/12/2016 12:47

Are you saying that, in fact, FGM is not flourishing?

claig · 17/12/2016 12:47

'Well, his appt for the Israel ambassador and proposal to move the embassy to Jerusalem probably is going to make his ISIS fight somewhat harder now.'

No, it's not. Wikileaks showed that Clinton knew that Saudi Arabia were funding Isis and also funding the Clinton Foundation. Isis will be smashed within weeks of Trump taking over. All of the nonsense will be over so fast that the Guardian will be in spin mode to try and explain why.

Trump will obviously support Israel and he will be very tough and the Palestinians probably won't get a very good deal, but things will be sorted out very, very quickly. Get real, this is Trump, not Blair and Clinton.

OP posts:
Roussette · 17/12/2016 12:49

I want to point out to lurkers and people who don't know that these are the idiots who run us

Do you think anyone but us fools click on these threads?! Not sure your aim of 'spreading the word' is gonna work claig....

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 12:49

Why on earth do you think Blair runs us?

You've mentioned him 39 times in this thread alone, claig. That level of obsession with a man who has been out of power for over 9 years really isn't logical.

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 12:49

Roussette you can't just walk over there and say 'excuse me mate we're gonna this place the enemy are here. Ok ISIS this side civilians over there. Thanks'

Collateral damage is part of war. Besides Trump is no military tactician he'll get his top commanders on it

DeepanKrispanEven · 17/12/2016 12:50

Do you think Trump should publicly make it clear that the US will not tolerate other countries interfering in their elections, claig?

Roussette · 17/12/2016 12:51

Trump will obviously support Israel and he will be very tough and the Palestinians probably won't get a very good deal

That's alright then.

No it bloody isn't and them not getting a very good deal is an understatement

Inkanta · 17/12/2016 12:51

"President Barack Obama has said that he ordered Russia's Vladimir Putin to "cut it out" in a conversation about email hacking ahead of the US election."

Why is Obama still going on about this. You don't hear anything from him for months and months and then you get this 'it's all Putin's fault' every day!

He's looking silly.

Roussette · 17/12/2016 12:52

Missss with no thought for 'collateral damage'. Yep, got that. What's a few thousand

claig · 17/12/2016 12:53

'"We found, as you are now finding, that the new truth-building process does not require facts or the underpinning of agreed values.'

This crap is all finished. Don't you understand what Trump represents? Political correctness is over, defeated. Now it will be Trump, and the elites will have to get real and stop the spin and lies. The bullying, the name calling, the BBC bringing on guests to shout "racist" at anyone who disagrees with the BBC are all over. The "conseravtives" who went along with the BBC and the Guardian and the Oxbridge teams are now all out of favour. Trump prefers Farage to the lot of them and so they will have to change and get real and join the Trump Train.

As the Stump for Trump Sisters rightly said

"Get on the Trump Train or get the hell out of the way"

It is a new world. The BBC and the Guardian are struggling to adapt. The people are laughing.

OP posts:
Missswatch · 17/12/2016 12:54

It's part of war. What you going to do? Have a peaceful protest?

Inkanta · 17/12/2016 12:54

'Why on earth do you think Blair runs us?'

Yes to be honest - I'm a bit stumped by that one Claig? I thought he was well gone and retired.

claig · 17/12/2016 12:54

"That's alright then.

No it bloody isn't and them not getting a very good deal is an understatement"

That is what is going to happen.

OP posts:
Roussette · 17/12/2016 12:54

Musing on all of these threads. I do laugh at claig and his quotes of "the people". Like it's everyone. It ain't!

Missswatch · 17/12/2016 12:56

I mean you just say no to any western intervention and let these factions rape women and kill children

Kaija · 17/12/2016 13:00

'"We found, as you are now finding, that the new truth-building process does not require facts or the underpinning of agreed values.'

This crap is all finished"

Well that's very much the point of the article, where what you call "crap" is indeed those agreed values based on reason and evidence. It's currently all finished in Turkey and you are playing your small part in bringing the same here. Do you think it desirable for Turkey's current political situation, and its relations between government and media to be emulated here?

Roussette · 17/12/2016 13:01

There's going to be no palestine/israel peace deal then with Trump at the helm, given the appointment of Friedman, that isn't happening.

claig · 17/12/2016 13:02

''Why on earth do you think Blair runs us?''

Blair runs nothing and never did. He is just representative of the system. He is an Oxford PPE like most of the rest. Even though Blair is no longer mainstream, he is the epitome of what the system is which is why the system has to rely on him to challenge Corbyn and say that Corbyn supporters need a "heart transplant" or the Establishment have to rely on him to combat Brexit which is why people like Branson are reportedly financing some of the Tony Blair Institute, which is part of the Establishment's return of Blair as the system tries to combat Brexit and the people and deliver what Blair goes onto Fox News in America to evangelise, the elite's desperate attempt to create "a muscular centre" in politics to stop Trump and the people's revolution ending the whole spin system.

Blair represents the best that the system could produce, the best and brightest Oxford PPE, the best servant of the system which is why the Oxford PPE Cameron called Blair "The Master", even though in reality Blair was really just the "Servant" of the system.

In Blair, you see the real face of the system (that is the BBC and Guardian etc) that has been defeated by the people in Brexit, by Farage and obviously by Trump who has destroyed political correctness and thrown spin in the bin.
