Now it's interesting you would characterise yourself in that way, Southhall girl. Why do you hate the west and GB so much? And are you lumping claig, missswatch and Chrisnumbers in there among the haters with you? I actually suspect several of you may be the same bot but you never know, you could all exist.

claig · 15/12/2016 20:45

' Who cares about what Tony Blair said and why do you keep telling us?'

Because I love taking the piss out of him, it makes me laugh.

OP posts:
Lweji · 15/12/2016 20:49

This thread is composed of too many snidey, West-hating people, posting under the guise of being simply anti-Trump (as he's currently topical), but essentially they hate GB and they hate the West.

Damn. You got it.
It's like you have a crystal ball. Amazing.

You'd like it to be a pat on the back, Trump fest, wouldn't you? :)
Shame.

Missswatch · 15/12/2016 20:49

Talk to me about this censorship.....

Here's an example:

Feminist: Men aren't allowed dating preferences

Man: If I want a size 6 SE Asian girl I will thankyou

Feminist: What? You patriarchal shitlord, real men like curves like Amy Schumer has. Ban this person at once

That wasn't an extreme example either. It was one of many

Lweji · 15/12/2016 20:49

Ontopofthesunset

The prize for an actual crystal ball (or common sense).

SouthallGirl · 15/12/2016 20:50

Ontopofthesunset - Obviously not Claig et al that you mention, nor me. But many of you sound suspicious to me .... more than simply being against Trump. I love this country and cannot abide people who work against it.

Lweji · 15/12/2016 20:51

I love this country and cannot abide people who work against it.

So, why are you supporting Trump?

Roussette · 15/12/2016 20:53

Tony Blair no longer "understands" what is happening in politics

That's 15 times you've said it on your threads, it is really tedious even though it obviously has you rolling round in the aisles

Having read those tweets, Monica Crowley is shown to be as thick as pig shit then

SouthallGirl · 15/12/2016 20:54

Not a Trumpfest, but your statements are not measured. Ontop and Lweji are haters of the West.

Roussette · 15/12/2016 20:55

Southall ... what are you on? Quite obviously the opposite

SouthallGirl · 15/12/2016 20:59

"So, why are you supporting Trump?"

Why are YOU not supporting Trump, at least to see what his administration brings to USA? This perpetual criticism before the man has come into office is puerile. For all we know, he may be the saving grace of America. If you do not nominally support the new president or want to give him a chance, then you are a hater of the Western world as far as I'm concerned.

Missswatch · 15/12/2016 21:01

South is right. There are haters of western democracy at least. Your politics is fine when it suits you

Roussette · 15/12/2016 21:03

If you do not nominally support the new president or want to give him a chance, then you are a hater of the Western world as far as I'm concerned
Just your opinion then southall, free speech 'n all that

claig · 15/12/2016 21:06

I don't think they hate the Western world, they just think that Trump is not good, same as Francois Hollande and most of the great and the good think.

OP posts:
claig · 15/12/2016 21:07

Just like Hillary, they think Trump is Deplorable

OP posts:
Missswatch · 15/12/2016 21:08

Yet he won by a fair process. We in the west have this incredible luxury of voting. Unlike say N Korea

OhYouBadBadKitten · 15/12/2016 21:09

blimey! I take it that Missswatch and Southallgirl would have supported Clinton then had she won?

Missswatch · 15/12/2016 21:09

Not at all

BertrandRussell · 15/12/2016 21:11

Miss- are you giving examples from Reddit and using them in a sensible debate?

Lweji · 15/12/2016 21:11

Why are YOU not supporting Trump, at least to see what his administration brings to USA?

Oh, I'm really hoping he won't be as damaging as it can be predicted.
Trust me. I've really rooting for a good administration

Sadly, most of his appointments have been from dire to downright dangerous.

Do you think someone who loves America or the West is prepared to risk the future of their children by denying something that has been shown to be happening for the sake of profit?
Seriously look at his key appointments and ask yourself if those are the choices of a President who really wants America to be great. And not pander to big corporations.

I've said before I'm all for outsiders and fighting curruption, etc. Simply, Trump never convinced me he was the man to do it, and his appointments don't predict anything good.
I'll just be happy if he doesn't ruin the US or any other country.

Missswatch · 15/12/2016 21:12

Oh it happens in FWR too

SouthallGirl · 15/12/2016 21:13

A few of you anti-Trump people are genuinely hung up and stuck on his previous behaviour with women. But others' agenda are different, and being under that umbrella serves to disguise that you are more interested in denigrating what Trump stands for, which may be the possible reversal of America's fortunes, bringing pride back to a shed load of people, and putting in place some orderliness to its borders.

There are those who are very invested politically and actually in the continuing decline of USA, and I believe that some here hold that ideology.

SouthallGirl · 15/12/2016 21:17

I don't think they hate the Western world, they just think that Trump is not good

No Claig, it's more than that.

If Clinton had got in, I would not be on MN. But if DT can bring about even a quarter of what of what he spoke of, that would be a job well done.

Lweji · 15/12/2016 21:18

It's been interesting to see how the threads get derailed by complaints or odd accusations when they're not going so much according to plan. Grin

It's true that sometimes I adopt a humorous tone. But, quite frankly, it is to remain sane in the face of some truly insane posts that otherwise just make me shake my head in disbelief.

BertrandRussell · 15/12/2016 21:18
