Into the final lap now after over 1 year of entertainment, education and excitement. Donald J Trump is nearly there against all expectations.

As I learned on this thread, there is a great phrase that they say in the town of Lewes

"Sussex will not be druv."
"England will not be druv"
"The United States will not be druv"
"Trumpsters will not be druv"

"We the People will never be druv"

The next Lewes bonfire night will have to have an effigy of the elite and all their servants. A bonfire of the insanities.

No, never rich. I just believe in common sense. I have voted Labour in the past. I believe in the people against the crooked elites, I want what is best for the decent people of this country and of the world. I believe in meritocracy and common sense and no insiders holding the people down and holding them back.

I think we can now all see that the entire media is rigged. All those great and good lecturing us every night on TV, sneering at Trump and the people, were spinning for the elite and the corporations and the insiders.

I had never heard the phrase, but Antideluviancat who lives in Lewes told us earlier on this thread that the people of Lewes, where Thomas Paine came from, are very independent minded and anti-establishment and that is why they have their famous bonfire night every year and the people of Lewes have a phrase

"Sussex will not be druv"

which means driven or forced, i.e. they won't be told what to do by some elite spinner or anyone else.
