In Europe the legal age for sex is really low - like 14 in Germany, Portugal, Italy and Austria. In Spain its 13!!!1 This means a 40 year old man can legally have sex with a 14 year old as long as it is consensual (without coercion etc).

Does this mean the Europeans are pedophiles? Does it mean it's legal to be a pedophile in Europe?

Anyway i had a scone yesterday. It was still warm from the oven and yes. I put the cream on first and then glooped a spoonful of jam on top.

So 16 is not ok as it's only three years more than 13, but 18 is 2 years above 16, which is also wrong. So should it be 20? But then that's only 2 years older than 18, which by your reckoning should also be wrong....

Doctorbeanjuice, as yet there is no European law that specifies that our 16yos have to have sex with middle-aged partners, nothing at all that stops them from making out with their 17yo boyfriend. Not even in European countries with a Labour government.

If my 14yo had a 21yo boyfriend, I would be quite surprised and wonder what was wrong with him, because my experience tells me that most 21yos are looking for a bit more in terms of maturity and experience.
